I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Safe Doorbell. For months, I’ve been going back and forth with their customer service, constantly chasing updates and getting nowhere. After a long delay, they finally promised to send me a replacement — but that turned out to be empty words.
Communication has been terrible. I kept emailing them and received little to no response, until I mentioned I’d leave a public review. Suddenly they replied, but only to repeat the same scripted responses they’d been giving me for weeks.
Now, after all that, they’ve completely backtracked and are claiming my warranty has expired — despite previously agreeing to replace the faulty unit. It feels dishonest and misleading.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. There are far more reliable options out there with better customer service and transparency.
