The best catio in the market by far!
Our catio is wonderful; it is strong, attractive (in a colour of our choosing) and completely hand made to our specifications by a craftsman who understands his subject and has been building these for many years. A really helpful, small family business, and very professionally run. Our cats are loving it.

The team at safecat are lovely and my cats LOVE their catio. Please do ensure you read the policies COMPLETELY. I have AuDHD and it let me down on this occasion, in the refund policy it states they DONOT take things through the house and you must have side access, however they very kindly trialled a through the house fitting for me after my mistake and thankfully the panels fit through. I also misunderstood the requirement invoiced and read 3 sides as 3 SIDES but it was actually 2 sides and a roof. Again the team kindly rectified and all was well. They had to work in a small area but still did an excellent job. My cats couldn't be happier so thank you. Take aways read policies fully, triple check requirements and also be patient this is a small team with alot to do, all over the country, responses will not be instant obviously and wait times may take a little longer than expected. Having previously had a catio installed in March 24 and another family member in September 24 we couldn’t recommend SafeCat more. Great work from SafeCat again. After moving house we asked if they would reconfigure our catio to meet the height of our new house. The men came out and looked at what options we had before deciding to adapt our current catio.

They came out to install today and as per were absolutely amazing. They kept us updated throughout the process and even the 4am start on a Sunday didn’t put them off. They carefully constructed it, talked us through roofing options and have made 3 cats that have been housebound for the last few months very happy. They even refused to come in tonight!

I’ve just had a black powder-coated steel catio installed for my 6 cats. The service from beginning to end was outstanding. I was kept informed of everything along the way,so I knew what was happening,and any queries I had were answered promptly. The installation was trouble free and took no time at all,and the fitters were friendly and professional at all times. I’m so happy that I will probably have an extension added at some point in the future.

I've ordered a Forest Cat Premium catio for my cat. The catio is really nice, very sturdy! Excellent quality timber and mesh, it will indeed last many years. We've opted for have it installed by Safecat and the guys arrived bright and early and it was fully fitted it in a few hours, including shelves and ladders so it was ready for my cat to explore. She absolutely loves it and even now, middle of winter, wants to go out there all the time!
The only negative I'd say is the time it took from ordering it in August and only have it installed in December; I can't say if that's the usual or if Safecat were exceptionally busy, but I'd recommend the catios if you don't mind a possible long waiting time.

We are absolutely delighted with our Safecat UK Catio. It is made to a very high standard and fits the space just how we wanted it. I love the powder coating, it’s so nice to be able to choose the colour. It is very strong and I know it is going to last, a quality product. The cats love it too. The lovely chaps who fitted it could not have been more amiable. They were very focused, friendly and efficient. Throughly recommend this company, they are professional, friendly and do work to the highest standard.

I first met Jamie in the Birmingham cat show. I was impressed with the quality of the catio and the friendly safecat family. Jamie was very easy to talk to and patient. I chose the black steel catio coming onto my patio from my kitchen patio doors. I'm delighted with it. I'm so pleased that my cherished little cat can be safe and now have experience of the outdoors. I will have fun making the space pretty and interesting for her. Thank you Jamie and family.

After seeing their catios advertised on Facebook we decided to take the plunge and enquire about getting one. The whole process was seamless and yesterday they travelled 7 1/2 hours to install it for us. It arrived much quicker than we expected it to and we are so pleased with the quality of it - it is worth every penny. We bought the DIY panels from Safecat during the summer.
Great quality! Solidly built panels with strong wire.
All fitted together brilliantly with the fixings supplied. We will be buying more panels next year to extend the catio. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to build their own catio.

Decided to go with Safecat UK after reading reviews and looking at their products and finished catios online. After a chat with Clare, then Adrian, ordered a steel, powder coated catio with clear, pvc roof, together with a shelf pack and delivery / installation. Jamie and colleague delivered and installed it - very helpful, professional and tidy. Would 100% recommend.

My husband and I had a eBay catio before deciding to invest on something of higher quality. Our existing was becoming bowed.

After doing lots of research, we bought from Safecat UK. This was definitely one of the best investments we've made for our house. The team arrived and had the catio put up in a matter of hours. The quality is excellent, there's a exit (fire escape) door built in that can be locked either side. The metal grates are really strong and prevent any cat hair from sticking (my husband says this is because it was 'powder coated') and the roof does a great job of keeping most of the catio dry.

Communication through Messenger was very prompt and although there was a little snag after the fitting, the team came over a few weeks later and sort everything out for us.

Very lovely people, and my husband and I are very happy to recommend and support this small business.

Well it's great for our cats to safety go outside. The guys arrived and promptly started to unload the van. Both polite and friendly asking where it was going. Put the catio up efficiently with minimal disruption. Once it was up I was very impressed the the quality of the build (we had a powder coated metal structure). The cats were out within minutes of opening the backdoor, exploring their new additional environment.

A really nice Catio, the guys were great, very polite and Installation was quick and professional. My Kittens absolutely love their Catio. I definately recommend anyone to get a Catio from Safecat UK. Well worth the money.

When I saw the rain and gales today, I thought my appointment would have to be put back but Safecat UK arrived on time and despite my awkward space (off a conservatory), the catio was up in no time. My cats are enjoying the fresh air, and we are already booking up to extend the catio further. Thank you Safecat!

I had my Catio installed last week. I absolutely love it and so do the cats. It’s very good quality - well made and sturdy. Being up in Scotland there isn’t anyone who we found to provide the quality and material of catio, so were delighted when Safecat were happy to make the long journey to the north east of Scotland.

Being able to have a custom size and even choose a colour out of a very large variety of colours was an added bonus.
The catio is very well made and robust.
