Our Namibian tour was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Henzel was both our guide and driver, and he did an outstanding job in both roles. He was incredibly thorough and well-prepared, always sharing detailed insights about the landscapes, wildlife, and local culture. You could tell he truly knew and loved the country.

Beyond his professionalism, he was also genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the long drives enjoyable and relaxed. He handled everything smoothly and made us feel safe at all times. The itinerary was well-organized, yet flexible enough to adapt when needed. Thanks to Henzel, the trip felt not only well-managed but personal and authentic. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Namibia.

The country itself was amazing, and I would return in a heartbeat, but the tour experience was disappointing due to Safari World Tours and the guide, Henzel. The vacation started off on a bad note with the guide being late, unprepared, and causing delays. The group felt rushed throughout the trip, with many meals being requested at quick stops at Spar, which was not ideal for a full-board tour.

Henzel, is sadly more of a driver than a guide, made inappropriate comments and was often grumpy. He also left the camp site with the vehicle and all of our belongs without communication, which made us feel unconfutable. While he did have some knowledge of the area, the group had to ask specific questions to get information. The lack of briefings and pre-planned schedules was a major issue.

The tour company provided an old, poorly maintained vehicle with broken air conditioning, and Henzel's tent lacked necessary features like proper covering. They also didn’t provide lighting at one of the areas where they knew there was none. There were also discrepancies in the tour itinerary, with activities and amenities falsely advertised. Overall, while the country was great, the tour experience was hindered by poor planning, inadequate resources, and an underprepared guide.

We did a group tour in Namibia. The country is remarkable and it's what saved this tour.
Unfortunately, I was grossly disappointed by Safari World Tours and would not use their services again.
Communication throughout the tour was severely lacking, and our guide lacked professionalism.

Hello, I have just returned from 7 days in Namibia (a couple traveling with a 4-year-old child), we booked a tour with Safari World Tours and were always with the tour guide/driver Henzel. It was amazing and they arranged everything for us. I thought the price was very decent for a private tour and felt it was a great option for the type of tour and sights we wanted to see in the amount of time we had. Ask them for a quote. We are experienced travelers (49 countries), always plan and do everything by ourselves, and in this case felt it was great to have a driver/guide with us.

Clarence it's an awesome travel guide, the carnivore game drive was amazing and highly recommendable!

We just finished this tour, very impressive! We customized the tour to our liking and the guide Rudolf was so polite, knowledgeable, considerate and we were able to visit the real life of Township, Wildlife and experience the local market with the delicious taste of traditional Food The Trip was quite safe for 2 Female Travelers. Sandwich harbor and dolphin cruise was amazing in swakomund. All of the staff were professional and very nice, very organized and always there for us if we had any questions. We always felt safe, well taken care of with a very friendly attitude from crew while they showed us a great time, both fun and educational. we will definitely visit Namibia again. Excellent.

If you only have 5 days to explore Namibia, this is the way to do it! Countless balance of highlights, Sossusvlei Excursion, Himba culture and Wildlife in Etosha, adventures that push you outside your comfort zone, relaxing evenings, and always with a swimming hole in reach to beat the heat. This country has a beautiful Landscape. Our tour guide was so Funny, and supportive, Would highly recommend this trip to anyone that ould like to explore Namibia in just 5 days!

This was my second trip to Africa as I can't say enough about how wonderful both experiences were. I saw beautiful landscape in Namibia with cultural experience and a lot of wild animals in Botswana, which allowed me to just enjoy the experience without having to worry about planning at all. My tour guide was super knowledgeable and friendly and he kept our group laughing at all times.

This was our first trip to Namibia (and Africa) and our first self drive safari tour. We had some doubts of doing a self-drive but was surely convinced we can do it after receiving the itinerary and route, secondly we also had a GPS and after all this we felt conformable to do it.
The experience was very good in all the phases of the trip planning: Sonia helped us to build the perfect itinerary and to stay in our budget. We discovered a country of wonders with diverse landscapes and experiences. All accommodations booked were very good and well positioned. Thank you!

Safari World Tours planned our safari to Botswana and we were certainly in the right areas at the right time, our itinerary was well designed to maximize time with the migration and related sightings. Our favorite areas was Chobe national Park and Okavango Delta. Thanks and surely if we have to return will contact this agency again.

We spent two weeks touring the whole of Namibia with Safari World Tours . It was an incredible experience and Safari World Tours was fabulous throughout. Our tour was customly put together by Sonia who was friendly and professional by securing our dream holiday. Our tour guide Rudolf Naibeb was amazing, knowledgeable and ensuring that we made the most out of our tour. Surely great company for two weeks throughout Namibia . We would highly recommend! Awesome Game Drive:

We just returned from a game drive tour booked with Safari World Tours. This was a great way to cut the day short. We had the change to take pictures of Rhino's, Giraffes and some antelopes. Thanks for the Tour guys we really enjoyed it!

I had a excellent service with this company, They picked me up at 09h00 and went on the 6 day safari tour to Etosha & Sossuvlei. I had a great experience with wild animals, Coastal side and the Namib desert. Good service Safari World tours.

Safari World Tours was exceptional. We did a 8 day tour through Etosha National Park, Soususvlei and Deadvlei. We also did Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. Best company I have ever worked with from start to finish.. You will not be sorry if you use this company.
