It's become impossible to get help by human help. The recorded help goes nowhere. Data and airtime bought by clients goes only half the journey. Thieves and sluggards is what it looks like.

They are collaborating with the current regime in abducting and killing of youths.

Am very disappointed at your customer service.
Am calling for my issue but they are not assisting.

How can someone charge to talk to customer service don't get me started on the free hotline they give unnecessary information man I just need to talk to a person not know about claiming of lost funds.

This company has made my life incredibly difficult. I’ve emailed them multiple times and called customer service, but it feels like they just don’t care. The network goes down for hours, and when it finally works, it freezes or cuts out every other minute. It’s been so frustrating that I had to switch my phone number to for my work already without even realizing the hassle it would cause, and now I’m stuck between two services that aren’t working properly.

I could give them minus 10, as they are a horrible organisation, enablers of human rights abuses, abductions and today harassing competitors like Starlink. Using them is enabling despotism and disappearances in Kenya

I don't know the so called work of customer support ,you are the poorest network ,how can you tell me to follow money sent wrongly by myself yet you know very well the recipient mighty not received the call

Slow response time on domain and hosting queries. The support team/engineers seem not to be knowledgeable about this. Just stick to voice and Mpesa.

If had to give them a negative rate I would. This is a scam company, the largest but operated by thieves. They store my money blocked my sim card with no notice and my money was blocked. They asking me to certify my documents through Kenya embassy that I do not have any where close to where I live. Keep the money and I hope it helps you.

Tried to contact Customer Care Team to block a sim as the phone was stolen. No help at all total waste of time. So annoying and frustrating.

Since Ndegwa took over Safaricom, their services are deteriorating by the day. It first started with the customer support service. Followed by frequent outages of MPESA payment services. Withdrawals from PayPal have become worse. If Equity could actualize their instant withdrawal feature, Safaricom will significantly lose out. Whoever said it should be headed by a Kenyan was absolutely wrong.

We came to Kenya and immediately bought safari com sim cards. We loaded up on internet and mpesa mobile money. Same day my phone was blocked. I didn't have access to my phone, internet and money for 5 days (due to travel and holiday schedule). As it turned out some company gives credit through safari com and they can block your phone but they don't have live information about phone numbers so they blocked me because someone else owed them money. Safari didn't offer anything to make this right

Safaricom is the worse company ive ever delt with....i lost 30k and wat did they say just SORRY......its being operated with thieves who work in that company and just accept it..... please take your money out of safaricom asap and im trying to warn as many people as possible not to go through wat I've been through...... safaricom.plc you're thieves and take any opportunity you get not SAFARICOM FOR YOU 🚮🚮 Please run guys i don't know how to explain more i just wanna protect u so that u don't go wat i went through....... just my honest opinion
