Gorgeous necklace! Good delivery time and easy to use website

I ordered a necklace with the wrong initial and contacted them saying I wanted to return it and re order one with the correct initial and they said they would refund me as soon as they received it for me to re order the correct one and I sent it back and never got my money back!!!! I would not recommend this company!!!! Awful!!!!!

Ordered for the first time and when the necklace arrived it appeared unfinished- the tag that should be at the end of the necklace and is clearly displayed in the images on the website and in the marketing I’ve seen online shows it has a tag at the end (see last picture with the tag circled). So I contacted customer services and after providing pictures they apologised and assured me the replacement they sent out would be correct. Well the replacement has arrived a week later in exactly the same condition. That is not a mistake that is how the necklace is - unfinished and not as shown. The necklace is also very short and the charms are significantly smaller than shown in all the marketing. It also takes an age for the items to actually ship out for some reason? Overall this was really disappointing. I wouldn’t bother.

The bangles I purchased are beautiful. I love the colors and they are quality, with some weight to them,not plastic like or fake looking. I can't wait to wear them all Spring and Summer with various outfits.

Recently had two gold bangles and one silver one from Saege . Lovely pieces. I previously ordered two necklaces which i love. Items are great quality. Bangles arrived quickly. Nicely packaged too and makes a great gift.

Cant fault their customer service as I had to change my address for my order as I was moving and they helped and were very quick to message back. The jewellery is really high quality and I would be happy with it but the bangle I ordered just falls straight of my arm so is unwearable, I hadn't had a chance to try it on until recently but they will not refund or give store credit and let me return due to 14 days return policy which I understand but its unwearable and I have wasted money on something I cant even use. If you have skinny arms avoid the bangles as they are large.

No problems at all - delivery event take too long and well wrapped. Lovely rings and earrings. Not worn on holiday yet to test them. Shame they don't do anklets

I have loved every piece that has arrived from this brand. Their bracelets are fantastic... and get a ton of attention.

Every item I have bought is just beautiful. My initial necklace receives lots of praise when I wear it. Worn on holiday and does not tarnish in swimming pool. Bought one for my granddaughter as well who also loves hers.
Customer service is second to none. If you’re considering buying then I certainly can recommend them.
