I had my first reiki session a couple years ago, and it was just what I needed at the time. I loved the multi-sensory experience, of essential oils, delicate bells that were used to start the treatment, and the treatment itself was comforting. Ricky held space, and I felt he facilitated the time I needed with myself, guiding my attention to the various regions of my body, from the head, the neck, the chest, the belly to the knees, the feet, and the back. It was really interesting to notice my emotional response to when his hands were held over my belly, as this is where I have bene feeling a lot of stress over the past few months, and it felt good to be able to take time and acknowledge what I have been going through, something I probably would never have considered doing without the treatment. I am thankful for the warmth and kindness I felt during the session, and recommend Ricky for anyone who wants to spend some valuable time with an experienced reiki practitioner who will hold space for you, and guide you through being present with yourself!

I came to see Master Reiki Practitioner Ricky about 9 weeks ago(have had 6 sessions), and it has helped me tremendously in coping with the effects of grief after losing a loved one.
He has supported me in clearing energetic blockages and balancing the chakras — (energy centres of the body)

After every session with Ricky, I leave feeling lighter, deeply calm, and rebalanced — and this sense of well-being carries me through the entire week, helping me function better in the midst of intense emotional pain.
Working with Ricky has also significantly relieved various joint pains and physical discomforts that have surfaced as part of my grief. The ambience, the healing music, the whole experience is very much what a tired soul needs.
Ricky is a great listener and will talk you through what will happen during the session, there is also time for a debrief after the session which helps make sense of what you just experienced. Ricky provides gentle support between sessions if you are looking for guidance and things you can do outside your sessions to ground yourself.

I would absolutely recommend Ricky to anybody who is especially nursing a broken heart or is going through something devastating & life-changing like myself.
This journey has been transformative — and, honestly, the healing experience feels addictive in the best possible way.
