I placed an order but got the wrong one. Customer service promised to send the right scents, never did, I'm very disappointed.

Let’s be honest, this is the best incense I have ever purchased and that’s why I have ordered twice, second time as a gift. My first order was delayed months with poor speedy reply to any of my emails. This time around, almost two months go by and I get a speedy response to my first email but yet again nothing arrived. I emailed again and no reply. Almost three months after my order and nothing. I demanded a refund and they could respond/manage this quickly enough. The poorest customer service experience I have ever had. Will not be buying again which is extremely disappointing for such a good product. Please sort out your deliveries and follow-up.

Customer service is non existent. As is my order. Beautiful incense but I'll definitely not be buying direct from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They don't reply to emails.

The incense smells amazing, you can smell it as soon as you open the package. Wrapped lovely, and they gave me a free pack of incense for ordering 3. Shipping took just over a week but the products are lovely. Would definitely buy again

Dreadful. Ordered products on 1st March, well in time for Mothers Day (or so I thought) Turns out they are in India and won't be processing orders until after the 7th March! It doesn't tell you this nugget of information BEFORE you checkout, it's a tiny font of information sent with your order confirmation which I didn't see, because I mean, WHO studies their order confirmation emails? You check you've got it and wait for the dispatch one. So after several days going by without a shipping email, I
discover this fact. What poor practice. I feel decieved that this information is not portrayed any where on their website. I definitely won't be ordering their products again out of principle. I can't abide small companies that think they are something special and treat customers so appallingly. Goodbye Sacred Elephant. Like an elephant, I'll never forget!

Website telnumber and email address doesn’t work.
Their Facebook contact details work and showed a mobile number which I called and they said they will replace the missing items. Been a few months since and nothing and now the mobile number on Facebook has been changed the incorrect number as their website.
Tried their Twitter account. No response.

Do not purchase on their main website but through a dependable shop aka Amazon or John Lewis.

I wish I'd read these reviews before trying to purchase from this retailer. My products didn't arrive and I have had no response from the seller. I would recommend that you do not even try to buy from them, they do not deserve your business.
If you like the product, try Peace with the wild as they stock the products and maybe as they are a retailer too, they receive a better service. Good luck.

I love these incense sticks, but last time I ordered, they sent me the wrong ones. I let them know and I offered to send them back to exchange, but they said not to worry, they would just send me the correct ones I had ordered. Great I thought. However, this never happened and when I followed up by email twice my emails were ignored and I never heard back.

As per some of the other reviews, this product is SO NICE. However, the customer service is highly questionable.

I had some difficulties with shipping, and I contacted two different email addresses for Sacred Elephant, two different times. I even used their contact form on their website. So it was a total of 5 different messages to 3 different forms of contact.

I received not one response, or acknowledgement of my order or messages.

In the end, I did receive my package (the issue was more to do with my postal service). I really love this incense. However, if you have any issues with the delivery, you'd be hard pressed to get any assistance from Sacred Elephant.

Awful customer service! Ordered items 5th October- still waiting for complete order to this day (Dec 24!) Don’t reply to emails, the landline doesn’t work, found a mobile on a Facebook page and managed to get through to someone. So disappointed because the incense are simply beautiful. Cannot fathom why they won’t send me the outstanding item from my order when I was assured they would, three times.

These are the best incense sticks I have ever had! The smells are phenomenal and will lift the energy in any room. Plus definitely invest in these guys - they are the best customer service. My first batch did not arrive and they sent me another completely free of charge. They are super friendly and they definitely have a loyal customer for life!

Amazing products and service. Really enjoy buying my supply of incense from them. A great variety of incense sticks and organ8c as well. Bought some lovely malas as well that work amazingly well during my meditations. Will definitely purchase again!
