Still not received my order, 4 months ago i placed order.

It took months to arrive and is very cheaply made!! It worked for a month or two. Now doesn’t!! What a waste of money!!

Received my piece after 3 months broken into pieces and no way to contact them so I’m out over $60!!! I’m p**sed off!!!!

They advertised on Face Book. Placed an order received a confirmation text. Tried to contact them, no response. Their website is no longer working this is a scam. 2 months later still no response and item never arrived. Told my credit card company to stop the payment.

Ordered well over a month ago, have not received the item. Emailed asking for an update — nothing.
Just emailed again asking for a refund, I’m not hopeful! ☹️

It turned up after 3 months smashed, then they said they'd send another, 4 months
later nothing. Don't buy from this company. Dreadful service.

This is a scam i ordered these on 26th feb 2021, its now 23rd July and I still don't have the product. I emailed them we went back they emailed me back saying I was a valued customer and when I went to reply they had blocked my email and now I have no way of making contact.

I ordered one of their circular drip art discs. With my order I could receive another at no extra charge. When my order finally arrived after a extended shipping period one of the products had broken in transit. I took pictures, sent it to the company and they promised to send another. Since that time I received 1 response about shipping out in a shipment but after that no response from the company.
My original order was on April 10th 2021. I received them on May 28th. They responded to the broken item on the 29th. On June 9th my final email was sent stating it was in a shipment but no tracking number was sent to me. It looks like the company has no intention of following through with my replacement. While it was free I had purchased it because I wanted to send the free one to my stepdaughter as a birthday gift. As far as I'm concerned they're another FB company that isn't worth the bother.
What's real sad is I enjoy the one I received.

This is a scam. Order arrived months later and completely broken and useless. No customer support to contact. Will be reporting also.

I received my product and it was cracked. Emailed and they said they would send a replacement. This was in April. I still haven’t received a replacement and now they aren’t emailing me back. The product Is cool but their packaging was terrible so I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of them end up breaking.

Ordered a bunch came in wrong sizes. They were sending me the tight sizes and never showed up. Asked for my money and they stopped answering my emails. SCAMMERS

Placed my order 3 months ago! Came in shattered in pieces. Customer service does not exist. Total fraud company. Great idea, wrong company running it.

I placed my order at the beginning of March, I just got my order TODAY AND IT WAS SHATTERED!!!!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I ordered the sand art for my partner birthday back in Feb. It arrived in April and broken. I contacted the company and they were sending a new one as they don't do refunds. I have tried to contact them 13 times since but no one will reply. They are a fraud. Do not buy from them

I did receive my sand art late. It took months. I got the package and it was intact but had labels like it was returned and resent. Every time I emailed them, they answered me. I had a hard time believing it was coming because of the time frame but I am very satisfied with the product. It is as described and works nicely. It is the black/white/gold one. FYI for anybody questioning it, the bubbles should be there. I appreciate the communication when I emailed, I just wish it hadn't taken so long.

I wish I could give 0 stars this company is a scam to steal your money, I placed an order totaling $98 dollars on March 19th I have never received my order and it's now June 30th, and this is after countless tries to contact them through email and by phone.

Saw product via facebook ad. Due to order website layout, I accidently added to my order 50 more dollars for 2. I had no opportunity to undo addition after intial misclick.

I threw a fit while their email still worked and somehow got that second order cancelled despite them saying no cancelations.

Now, order was March, it is now end of June and it arrived. Sadly broken due to poor packaging and I cannot find a sensible facebook page to contact like another review mentioned.

Ordered two items on March 18th for Father's Day. After not receiving the items and no valid customer service email address, I disputed the charge with my bank in Mid-May. The fake tracking number they sent me only retuned error messages. After my bank told them about the dispute, they sent an email on May 26th saying they had shipped it. Another bogus tracking number. They finally shipped it on June 20th (Father's Day). It was packed so poorly, one if the items was cracked. I've tried emailing them again but I'm just going to dispute it with my bank again. Don't buy anything from this company.

Like many of you I thought this was a scam, however it did finally get delivered a little after 3 months since I ordered it and arrived in good condition. I am not sure if I got lucky based on other reviews, but now that it is finally here I am happy with product.

Absolutely atrocious. Took over 3 months to arrive then was cracked all the way across when opened. All the water leaked out and all the packaging was wet. It's totally useless. And every time I try to contact the company for support all I get are crickets. I will be reporting them.
