The team has reached out to me directly to ensure my order was processed properly. I actually spoke to a human. And they have provided replacement parts when anything didn't work fully as expected.

The best lightsabers in the Galaxy! When I got my first saber I thought it was just way too cool to be kept for myself and wanted to see how I could share it with others. Thus, Saber X is born. A Canadian based business making their way through the universe one Star Wars experience at a time. I truly hope you love our sabers as much as we do, we certainly love sharing them with you!

The package arrived a little bit after it’s original predicted date, but that was definitely on the DHL side of things, and still came earlier than I originally expected! Great quality, beautiful balance, and made for a great Christmas gift!

I love this Saber!
Bought this for my son, who was going to purchase one from Galaxy’s Edge. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a reservation for that day, and bought this one instead. Certainly not disappointed! This saber is as good a quality, and has more features. My son loves it. Probably buying another in the near future.

Besvarelse fra Saberx
Hello there! We are very sorry to hear that the battery life is giving you issues. Typical battery life is between 2-4 hours depending on the type of usage, so a battery that is only lasting for 20 minutes would certainly be under warranty! We will be more than happy to fix this problem for you if you would kindly contact us at support@saberx.ca
Great experience
Childhood dream came true. Not too heavy to twirl.
Sound and color make it a realistic experience. Can connect to the app any time. Truly wonderful product.

Great service and amazing quality
Great service! Their's a great choice of sabers. The delivery was quick. The neopixel Obiwan saber I chose is awesome and is great. The only thing I find a little hard to get used to is there's only one button for all options
