I honestly cannot fault the level of professionalism with this company. My issue was saber was handled as soon as it was received and I was kept completely up to date every step of the way. Will be sure to be using the service again.

I can only summarise my experience of working with Chris as absolutlely incredible. From my initial enquiries through to the saber build and instalation, everything exceeded my expectations.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled with electrical and programming work, extremely responsive to communications and overall a fantastic individual to work with. He did an incredible job of bringing my desert wanderer saber and master chassis to life on what was a very customised build taking into acount a lot of different presets and effects.

His skills in building master chassis and adding his own personalised touches such as cooldown effects are second to none! His desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with a lightsaber is hugely appreciated.

The chassis is exactly what I was looking for and the sound quality is the best I've had in a saber. I'll definitely be using Chris's services in the future for my next lightsaber hilt.

I was given Chris’s name at Sabersense due to a problem with a sabre which wasn’t actually purchased from him. He repaired my sabre and upgraded it very efficiently and professionally. Also, there was very good communication (including an instructional video) and everything was completed in good time. I was very impressed with the standard of work as will certainly use Sabersense again if/when needed.

I have been a collector of many things for some time now and I've never had such professional and friendly service.

The Saber that I got back was fully installed with a custom chassis as it was an unusual saber (Starkiller V1) whilst I expected excellent, sound quality fonts and craftsmanship, all of which I received and more, I was blown away by how much care and attention was given to providing detailed instructions and a magazine which again was professionally produced and really added to the experience.

I was quoted 8 weeks and my saber was ready in 2.

The customisation here is endless and you need only ask for any help on bringing your ideal saber to life.

My Starkiller lightsaber was installed so quickly with excellent communication though out the install price was more than fair it was exactly what I wanted as this was the first sabre I had installed I would recommend Sabersence to other people and will be a returning customer.

Excellent customer service. I emailed Sabersense with my requirements for a custom build, and the item was built and delivered quickly. The sabre arrived in perfect condition and without any flaws or problems, built exactly as specified in my order. Extra high quality sound fonts were installed on the sabre and they worked perfectly. I’ve had a few sabers built by Chris now and they’re all absolutely fantastic.
Honestly you could not ask for more in terms of quality of work, service and communication.
Chris is an absolute gent, pricing is really reasonable too.

Short wait time, short build time, amazing quality and all of this despite the hilt provided by myself being weird compared to standard. I'm very impressed by the features within the saber (I keep discovering new secrets) and I'm very happy with my purchase, once I've saved up a bit I'm definitely going to request sabersense's services again.
