Admin good but item left me wanting
Communication was good. Delivery and pick up was prompt. The issue for me was the quality of the scaffolding tower. Whilst the tower itself was ok, only 2 of the casters worked so I had to lift one end and push it around like an out of control shopping trolley.

Very helpful team to deal with
Very helpful team to deal with. Delivery very prompt with text message with a 15min slot time. Very helpful advice when I phoned with a query. I had not ordered the correct size and the SAB team went out of their way to sort out and ensure I got the additional parts the same day.

No compassion just greed
No compassion just greed. I hired scaffolding for a certain day which was fine. They called me to ask if i would take delivery a day earlier which I thought I would do to help them out. The next day I fell off a ladder and was unable to use the scaffold (The day it should have been delivered). I immediately rang them up to say I couldn't use it as I had an accident and that they could pick it up. They said they could get it next day after we discussed keeping it for the week hire period but I wouldn't recover in time. At no point did they say I would lose all my money. A week later they asked if I had finished with the scaffold even though they collected it. When I asked if I still had credit they said no and basically took all my money. I thought they would just take for the delivery charge. In short They took all my money and I didn't use their scaffold, I helped them out by receiving delivery earlier and they shafted me. As a tradesman, I thought I'd give these guys a chance but will not be getting any future custom from me.

Further to their reply below. I would have been happy if they had given me a 50% charge for this hire with a view to me hiring in the future at full price for the job I still need to complete. At the end of the day they had 6 days to rehire the scaffold that I didn't use.

Good Afternoon, we're very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
We hired you a scaffold tower for delivery 26th October and we agreed between us to drop this on the 25th as we had other deliveries far away from our depot on the 26th and didn't want to delay your project via a late PM delivery.
Our office had a phone call from you on the 26th to say you'd had an accident and fell off your own ladder, we then went out of our way at the very end of the day and collected the tower to remove it from your property.
Whilst we accept you're not happy with our service please bare in mind our drivers delivered and collected this tower to and from your back garden, they are only supposed to drop it kerbside and went out of their way to help.
As discussed on the phone between yourself and our manager, other people missed out on this tower as you had possession of it, whether this was dropped a day earlier or on the 26th itself the tower was on site and in your possession prior to your unfortunate accident, as soon as the tower is with you on the day you asked for it it'll be on live hire and charged for, if anything had happened on the 25th then of course we would've refunded the hire as at that moment the towers hire had not officially started.
Again we can only apologise for how you're feeling, if you do decide to use us again in the future we'd be happy to offer you 50% off a future hire.

Next day delivery
Next day delivery meant I could just wait for a spell of fine weather before ordering, and everybody who asked me about the scaffolding when it was up said how reasonable they thought the price was. It actually saved me hundreds of pounds that I would have had to spend on a contractor to fix my gutter. Excellent service.

Waste of time and money
I booked my order Sunday and in their website say 24 hour delivery service witch paid for delivery and collection £12.50 each
Monday I received text message from sab supply that they dont have the Scaffold tower it in there depot it will be delivered Tuesday morning
Tuesday morning I received another text say sorry the Scaffold tower is missing some part and they can't deliver it today they made me pay for the person that doing my job for 2 day and the Scaffold tower didn't arrive
I called them if the can deliver it Wednesday the lady that answered the phone said they will try to deliver it Wednesday
I will never use them again and I don't recommend anyone do they full of lies and they ad in their website fake waste of time and money
