Account cancellation without issues

Contacted to request account cancellation via support chat. Experience was reasonably quick and cancellation effective within minutes. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me, or talk me out of my decision (I genuinely don't need their product anymore).

Uploading issue

I was having an issue with uploading bills, and Vigasini K. was extremely helpful and patient in supporting me and resolving the issue.

Great software and support to work with Quickbooks Online.

I have been using SaasAnt to import my data (Excel sheet) to Quickbooks Online for a few years. I could not imagine working in QBO without the help of this useful software to import/export transactions. This morning I had an issue with importing invoices, and chatted with Vigasini K. The issue was resolved in less than 2 minutes. Keep up the good work.

I was having trouble with a date format…

I was having trouble with a date format not importing correctly. It showed correctly on the SaasAnt screen, but QB didn't interpret it correctly. I was shown where I could change the date format, but reminded that QB needs to be set with the same date format.

Missing data export and import issue

We ran into a situation where our QuickBooks file was copied to a second location and used for several months until it was noticed. There were three months of missing data in the second file. I need to export and import the missing data transactions. It looks like your software will handle this situation!

Portability of Saasant

Asked about portability of Saasant to different computer. Found out it is "attached to Quickbooks online" so if I can sign on to quickbooks, Saasant will be there just as if I was signing on to my old computer. Service was polite and relatively quick.
