Excellent support

I contacted SaaSant support regarding ongoing subscription charges after discontinuing usage due to client migrations. The support representative, Vigasini, was professional, methodical, and efficient in reviewing multiple company profiles and identifying the active subscription.

The issue was clearly explained, and the subscription was promptly canceled. Overall, a well-handled support interaction with timely resolution.

VJ was extremely helpful in getting my setup to begin using PayTraQer. He explained everything clearly and was very patient with my many questions as well as my computer issues that kept slowing us down. Looking forward to using this integration system and have high hopes it will make doing business easier.

Minor timing hiccup in billing/service availability caused me to contact support. was resolved through chat within 5 minutes. Stuff happens, but the saasant team were quick to help and get me back rolling
