We got a lot of views and interest provided by the Sales Team over a number of weeks. Once a buyer had shown an interest, they provided support and information as to progress. Very good on completion, as it was speedy and not drawn out.

We received excellent service from the team at Ryder & Dutton, Chadderton. From the initial valuation right through to exchange, it has been a seemless process.

The team managed to sell our house a week after it came on the market and secured 5 offers over the asking price.

She was always on hand to answer any queries we had (there were many!), chase solicitors, recommend surveyors, and provide us with her invaluable knowledge on the sales process.

At 3pm today, a staff member rang me to come and view the property. She arranged my appointment to view the property at 4.30pm. Arrived 15min early. Staff ask me to wait 15min so I did. At 4.30, staff tell me that am not able to view the property. Disappointed with the service. Waste of time and transport money. Took half a day off to view the property. At least let me know in advance. I will write a bad review on my experience with you guys.

Nikita Taylor at R&D Chadderton branch is absolutely amazing. I really cannot praise her enough. She dealt with my sister's sale at what was a very difficult time for many reasons but she helped to make the whole process so much easier. She was there to answer every call and chased things up immediately. Fantastic young lady.

Our first sale fell through but Ryder and Dutton responded well and readvertised with a second successful sale following immediately. Carmel Eversleigh has been the mediator between us and the purchasers and has provided an excellent personal service. Having a named person to contact about the small details has been really helpful, she has kept us updated and kept things on track throughout..

Matthew Clayton, our estate agent, was fantastic. Our sale was unusually long, due to land registry issues, however Matthew was supportive, kind and helpful, especially at times that were incredibly stressful. I cannot thank him enough for his unwavering help, he really went above and beyond.

Ryder & Dutton continue to cause an annoyance around the miles platting area. Myself and various houses on the estate have clear signs on their postboxes stating NO FLYER or service leaflets yet then continue to post flyers through our letterboxes. If you can’t get the basics right then god help those people who sign up to their services
