I am sharing this only after several attempts to rectify my transaction with DuraFaucet/RVFaucet.com. I found what I needed and ordered without problems, saving the confirmation receipt email. One item did not fit and I returned it via UPS, according to directions on email. I confirmed with the "company" that I had proceeded in order. They promised to process the refund in 10 days or so (April 14). The item was not received by them because they "were not looking for it" and it turns out, the company is a residence. UPS left the package and it may have been stolen off their PORCH. They were going to be strict about the 30 days from purchase date rule but I opted to open claim with UPS, so they are honoring the return less a 15% restocking fee...for an item that cannot be restocked BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GET IT. Since I paid for shipping and filed the claim so THEY could get a theft claim, I asked to waive the re-stock fee. It is now late June and I have not received any refund yet. But I'd like to share the scalding letter from them. Bad customer service deserves this kind of attention. I am a business owner and am publicly offering to edit this review in exchange for satisfaction, as it should be with any business. I look forward to their response.
