Ruth Pitts Estate Agent Anmeldelser

Ruth was amazing with me, offering the best advice and support through my valuations. Incredibly professional, reliable and just a fantastic support.

Ruth’s amazing! I have sold With Ruth both times I have moved house! Amazing service and always contactable! ten out of ten estate agent alongside her team! Quick sale both times with top prices I couldn’t be happier thanks Ruth!

From the very start of the process Ruth has been amazing within a week we had our property photographed, on the market and more importantly sold.

She kept us in the loop the whole time even messaging us on a bank holiday weekend.

We sold and are buying another property through her.

I would highly recommend using Ruth and we will certainly be using her for any future properties we may sell.

Ruth is a lovely person, open friendly and very competent. We chose her for the sale of my parents property as she is available 7 days a week and almost 24 hours a day, she has to sleep though, this was immensely helpful due to my working hours. We were really impressed with the effort she went to with the valuation alone, I've sold 8 property's with various estate agents and have never had the information and details Ruth provided.
A massive plus was Ruth was able to introduced one of her existing clients that had sold so we sold prior to even going to market.
I cannot thank Ruth enough and would definitely recommend her. Thank you Ruth for making this process so easy for us.

Ruth has made our house viewing/purchasing process as first time buyers a great experience. She is completely on the ball from the get go. Replies were always the same day, usually within a couple of hours putting our minds completely at ease. Lovely experience and would highly recommend!

From the moment I met Ruth I felt at ease. She is so easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and professional but with a lovely caring attitude. I was very nervous about the whole process but having Ruth there walking me through each step it has been so much easier.
Ruth is always available what ever the time of day or night. We’ve even arranged viewings when she’s been in another country. Ruth offers brilliant advice and support throughout the process, she really goes the extra mile for her buyers and sellers and I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Ruth was super efficient, responding really quickly to any queries I had whether it was late at night or over the weekend. Brilliant thankyou so much!

As a buyer we have had a stress free process with Ruth to date. She has always responded very promptly to all communications even outside usual office hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending her services.

I recommend Ruth Pitt and her team as the best because of the fantastic experience I had with them. As a first time buyer, Ruth and her team were always in contact with me through the viewing of the property to the final purchase of it. What enthused me most was the speed with which my offer was accepted and how quick buying process was and the manner with which she responded to my messages and calls from time to time. Ruth and her team made it quick and easy for me to purchase my house and am so happy and grateful to them.

Ruth has been a pleasure to interact with. Quick to respond, friendly, great in terms of keeping me informed and very knowledgeable.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ruth, she is very knowledgeable and has an excellent work ethic. I feel that she was very fair and honest when valuing our property.

Rapid response from Ruth even whilst she’s in another country on holiday, as a first time buyer I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Ruth is so professional and knowledgeable, yet very personable, and human. I had no hesitation in appointing Ruth as my Estate Agent, not only following a reliable recommendation from a close and trusted friend, but also in meeting Ruth for myself and knowing straight away that she would make the selling of my home a smooth and comfortable process. Her work was spot on and the associates she has to carry out each specific parts of the process, are also great. Ruth ensures a professional service throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Ruth's expert and friendly service, to others.

I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough. I have used Ruth’s services previously to sell a house and had no hesitation in instructing Ruth again to sell my parents home. From start to finish Ruth is on hand to guide you through the process. We had sold the house, one week after going live. I would always recommend Ruth to family and friends.

Really impressed with the service Ruth provided. As a buyer she made this an stress-free experience. She was in constant touch at all hours. We were also impressed with John her Viewing Assistant he was very knowledgeable about the property & the area. A great asset to Ruth. All round a thoroughly positive experience.

From the buyers side, Ruth has been nothing but helpful and transparent throughout the process. She is always on hand to answer any questions and is friendly in her responses. Would highly reccomend!

What a refreshing change! Right from the initial contact about a valuation Ruth has been on hand personally to keep me updated on progress with marketing and selling the house. We have agreed an offer within a couple of weeks which is fantastic. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with one person from start to finish. Highly delighted and I will be using Ruth again to sell properties going forward.

Ruth is very focused and driven at what she does..she ensured that we were totally at the centre of the process. She was responsive and approacable throughout. We're so glad we chose her ...if you are planning to sell we can absolutely recommend Ruth.
