I dont even know where to start!!! Ruth is amazing!! When deciding to move i was so nervous and from start to (nearly) finish Ruth has been amazing! Communication is a massive thing for me when dealing with anything and even whilst on holiday Ruth replied and answered any questions, shes offered reassurance when needed and has been more than patient with situations, clear, open and honest and I honestly could not recommend her more. She helped us secure our forever new home!!

What can I say.. a truly amazing team from the very first contact, to the day we completed on our house sale.

Ruth is outstanding - she has amazing local knowledge and was always friendly. She thought practically and positively, whilst reassuring us throughout the process.

Ruth has been fantastic throughout the process. She is always easy to contact, even during evenings and weekends, which made arranging viewings so much more convenient. She even managed to organise a last-minute viewing for us at very short notice.
John, who showed us around the property, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease.

We went to go for a viewing of a property Ruth has on the market and was met by a wonderful chap named John. He was so kind and helpful, as we’re not from the area, he was telling us useful tips and information. My daughter who is normally uneasy around the male population was so at ease, she was chatting away asking him lots of questions and happily joining in on our conversation. Just an all round lovely guy and a huge asset to Ruth.

Ruth works extremely hard to get prospective buyers into view our property. Always just a phone call away day and night with a can do attitude and with reassurance at all times.
This lady had buyers coming in every day and yet respected my times of unavailability.
We had offers coming in within the week of sale and sold the very same week.
Unfortunately due to personal circumstances we had to cancel our sale.
I was dreading informing them of our decision BUT Ruth was extremely understanding and so supportive of our situation and decision.
When we put our home up for sale again it will be Ruth that we will definitely be ringing to sell.
