Had a friend told us to go with Ruth to sell my house and so glad I did Ruth and her team are so dedicated and on the ball they all seem to work 24/7 kept me informed all the way so far in 2 weeks they have had viewers through the door and a potential sale thanks Ruth and team

Ruth and her team are very professional and straightforward to deal with. Our very long winded purchase tested everyone emotionally and but Ruth and especially Vicky kept plugging away to resolve problems and understood exactly what we were going through. More expensive than other agents but Ruth was on hand and responded to messages in the evening and at the weekend which for us was invaluable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.

We contacted Ruth Pitts Estate Agent to arrange a viewing. As we were making a two hour journey we had to view several properties within a timeframe. Ruth was very accommodating and worked around the times of our other viewings. We were met by John who was very professional with a friendly manner. He was very forthcoming with information which we appreciated. The communication has been great and we are more than happy with the service so far. Spent a good while looking for the right estate agent to put our cottage on the market.
Came across Ruth’s listings & instantly knew she was the agent for us, her attention to detail with each home & the lovely photos set her apart from others without a doubt.
Ruth is not your typical 9-5 agent, she’s always kept in touch with us in the evenings & at weekends via phone, WhatsApp, text, etc.
She has given solid advice when we were unsure on things and lo and behold a week later and we are sold!

Organised a quick viewing of a house and replies fast to any queries. Only area that could be improved is providing more updates when an offer has been accepted but other than that it’s been great.
