Nice product, poor customer relations.
The product as a whole appears to be well written. However they are another aggressive take your money and screw you mentality company. Very similar to teamviewer mentality which in my oppinion has no place in the modern landscape.
An example would be the web client feature. The USP's indicate you need to pay for the web console as the client is not working on the free version. After purchasing the paid version it then appears that you need to pay approx 500 per year to get the web client feature (it's actually a seperately paid feature which does not appear clearly on the pricing).
Upon requesting support / refund for just 5 users, i received a short answer `no refunds`.
Im summary, the product appears to be good. However customer relations in my oppinion is very poor hence a low score as a product is nothing without good customer relations.
