The service was excellent

What a bad experience, i placed an order on the 15th of December was supposed to receive it on the 21st , to date I still get a new delivery date whenever I call to find out, no communication at all , they promised to get back to me but no one has ever called me, mxm I’m so furious

I paid for a bed online over 2 weeks ago to be delivered, and there customer service keeps telling me they have escalated it to there warehouse. The staff are so incompetent and don't care weather you get your order or not. I have been waiting since for there incompetent delivery department to contact me in regards to a delivery date.
No south african should need to deal with this level of stupidity and incompetence. They should be shut down completely

Good customer service

Good day

I'm urgently seeking assistance regarding a stove I purchased from Russels Cleary Park approximately one month ago. Three weeks after the purchase, one of the plates stopped working. I reported this issue immediately and had to follow up a few times as I received no feedback.

I was then advised by the salesperson that the supplier would contact me directly. Unfortunately, a month has now passed and the oven plus the one plate is no longer working. I was also informed by one of the salespersons that there is currently no manager available at the store.

This is the first time I have experienced such poor service at Russells Cleary Park. I am paying for a product that is not functioning, and have not received any resolution.

Please assist 🙏🙏
