If ordering make sure you order the correct size. If wrong ordered and your requesting an exchange you have to pay p&p fees. If item/s become unavailable of desired size you won't receive full amount paid back to your account as they will ship items of desired size if available minus the out of stock and charge you p&p fees, so you won't get your full refund of your of our of stock items. I wasn't made aware of this... First time customer and now the last... They even made p&p fees the special next day service charging myself alot and it's really not worth it .. avoid

Rupali.com is my favorite website to order all my tunics and trousers. The delivery was safe and secure. They respected my wishes as to where to leave my items in case of my absence. Items were as described and shown on their website. Each item was nicely folded and packed in an individual bag to avoid any sort of damage. Overall I am so pleased to be their customer. The items are really nice & delivery is quick. I have been buying from Rupali for years & been happy with most of my purchases. 1 thing is it would be better if the clothes were pre shrunk before sewing as you loose that new feeling if you have to shrink before wearing & sometimes the clothes get so tight that you can’t wear anymore.

the size of the neck of all the suits where tooo small so it was difficult to pull over my daughters head really tight other than that the general fitting was good and material is good too

Rupali is good and now it ust settle into a routine business where we know the products we like are available and order time to time to renew the stocks. Try and develop one size blouses that perfectly fit and with high necks and long slee ves suitable for cold weather and similar to hot weather using cloth that keeps cool.
