Ordered a dress that ran 2 sizes too…
Ordered a dress that ran 2 sizes too small. Size 8 that fit like 4- not even close to the true size. Customer service was very nice to accept it back but then after charging shipping in both directions I was still out $100 bucks and no dress. Just a disappointing experience altogether.

Popular New Designer Clothing at a Fraction of the Going Price
This is my first purchase with Runaway catalog and I am extremely pleased with the quality and price for my designer merchandise. I seriously doubt that other sellers will be able to beat their prices for popular, in demand, quality designer clothing. My purchase is being sold for more than double what I paid, and some are previously owned.

Sexy but Classy
Your customer service is awesome, I actually spoke with someone. They were very helpful. I recieved my purchase in 3 days. This was my first purchase, the dress is as beautiful as the picture. I gave 4 stars only due to having to alter the zipper, a bit odd. But still LOVE the
dress and worth it!
They got back to me, nice. And the alteration was
minor. Four stars for great customer service. I will be buying again.

Be ready for paying expensive return shipping and very impolite customer service when you return merchandise.
I wouldn't recommend this shopping site, especially US residents.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with the return of your order. In order to be able to provide competitive prices we took a corporate decision to not mask the shipping cost in the price of our items. Unfortunately, shipping charges have increased significantly in the past 2 years due to Covid, prices of oil, inflation, etc. Our shipping policy is explained on a few places on our website - starting with the product page that you used to purchased the shoes. In addition, we are available to answer any questions or provide additional measurements prior to the purchase.

I bought a Gucci dress for US$2350 but then I saw it 1 week later on The Outnet at US$300 cheaper (including all taxes and duties). I told Customer Service about it but they said it's not their policy to be competitive. It's a shame they don't match price with a store credit as it would make them more trustworthy and inline with the well known brands of designer wear outlets. I'll stick to the well known brands next time I think. It was a big outlay for me and the first time I had made a purchase on the site so it left me feeling disappointed.
