Terrible customer service

I was initially allowed to place my order and charged, despite the item not actually being in stock. I ordered two items and returned one; however, I was refunded for the incorrect item, which was significantly cheaper than the one I returned. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have been unable to get any assistance in receiving the correct refund amount.

Outstanding customer service from…

Outstanding customer service from RungMehal every time I order.
They offer a bespoke service paying attention to detail. I have ordered of them many times and the quality of fabric and the neatness and professional stitching is excellent.
Orders are processed well within the estimated time frame and every effort is taken to get the delivery sent on time or before.
Highly recommended

Order delivery was 3-5 working days

Order delivery was 3-5 working days. I purchased on 16th and still awaiting, I have send email but no reply. I need the order asap!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We regret to hear about your disappointment and would like to clarify the occurred situation to avoid any misunderstanding.
The two suits you had ordered were our pre-order stock, which has the delivery time of 3-5 weeks. It’s only our ready to ship stock that has 3-5 working days delivery time. All new pre-order has been listed with a pre-order label however some very old collections don’t have the label, but the delivery is clearly mentioned under the Shipping and Delivery, It clearly states that unless anything has been listed as ready to ship, it is a pre-order stock and these suits were not listed as ready to ship.
I hope this explains everything. Should you have any further concerns or wish to discuss this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Very lovely suits since I got rungmahal I start doing my shopping from there the good part is the ask u what kind of design u want I really appreciate their work I recommend to do your shopping their thank u so much x

The products are good however the…

The products are good however the customer service needs work. I have asked the outfit to be done as shown on the picture and the sleeves were made wrong! Didn’t get the chance to change it because apparently they were too busy.
