I joined the Ruled.Me site because I was impressed by Craig's recipes. But when I realized I wasn't taking advantage of the bulk of planning tools that Ruled.Me offered, I asked to end my membership. Craig responded to me immediately, and helped me unsubscribe. My interactions with Ruled.Me and the owner were all positive, and I'd recommend this site to anyone for help building a keto lifestyle.

Ruledme.com is an exceptionally accurate, scientifically-based website. Craig had done an excellent job in educating people about the benefits of keto, He guides people and provides wonderful recipes! I refer my patients to Craig's website on a daily basis.

For the past seven years I have maintained the almost forty pounds dropped using the Ruled.Me method and recipes. I don’t stick to keto as exactly as when I started but close enough that I have maintained the weight loss easily - using the Ruled.Me recipes I used when I started and still loving them. Ruled.me has the best keto recipes! I've been watching the YouTube channel and visiting the website for many years. Ruled.me has been influential in helping me lose 118 pounds. I'll continue to enjoy the many amazing recipes, both old favorites as well as the new ones that are continually being added to the website.

We have used this program for 2 years and it's my go to site. our health has improved and we are both over 65 years of age. One of the multi benefits I enjoy from the results of our weight loss is
my husband doesn't snore anymore. This plan has made me enjoy cooking as it's all planned for me and I can change out the recipes. All the ingredients are on a shopping list we take to the store that is provided on the site which is nice. The recipe measurements were a bit of a challenge till we bought a scale with grams on it. They are delicious meals even ones I didn't think I'd like. I have learned to eat differently on this journey and feel so much better. Never had any problems using the site. I do recommend it when I run into people that have been struggling with Keto because it works if you follow the plan.

When I started the keto diet, Ruled.Me was my indispensable go to for recipe ideas. Those recipes helped me have a variety of low carb, home cooked meals, which helped ease the transition to low carb. I originally learned how to cook in Mexico City and it seemed like I had to relearn what to make, particularly without corn tortillas. I now live in New Mexico and my only criticism might be that a few of the Mexican food recipes do not taste as flavorful as I would expect here close to the border. I get that not everyone likes spicy food like we do here, but authentic Mexican food has so much flavor and uses lots of fresh ingredients that make all the difference to me.

I’ve been using Ruled.me recipes for over four years. Great variety and very clear concise directions with photos. I’ve recommended this site to several friends who are trying a keto diet.

I am always happy to view a new post from ruled.me The recipes are not too fussy and the ones I have made turn out tasty. So, I trust what is posted. So many other sites require items I don't normally us or there are errors in the steps.

Excellent recipes, photos, and detailed nutritional info

The customer service is extremely unhelpful. I thought I would save money by signing up for the six month plan. However, I soon realized that the app is nothing like what I thought. Within an hour, I messaged them asking for a refund. I listed my reasons and got responses that basically said "Not our problem." Personally, I will get minimal use out of this. I recommend signing up for the least amount of time initially to avoid wasting as much money.

Since I started on the Keto diet last October I have conducted a lot of research and read a lot of Keto websites. Ruled Me is the best Keto website I have found. Not only does it have yummy recipes but Craig has also provided knowledgable, in-depth articles on the Keto diet, which I find invaluable and which I haven't found on any other Keto websites. I also like the inspirational stories of people on the website who all have had a lot of success following the Keto diet. These are very motivating! Craig is also so helpful and kind. Ruled Me is my go to website for all things Keto!

I took a flight to San Diego zoo and the airlines had to add an attachment strap to my seat belt because I was too fat to hook it around me in 2001. I weighed 325. In 2014, I found keto by a friend and started my journey. I took it seriously. Today I am 180 and very content. Still on keto and will never leave it. It is not a diet to me, it is a way of life permanently.

Ruled.me is such a wonderful site. I purchased his ebook and that started my journey into Keto. I really look forward to the emails. The recipes are simple and delicious. So inspirational and that keeps me motivated too. Also, his photos could win in contests! 💫✨
