From the moment I sat in the chair, Samira made me feel completely at ease. I recently completed a year-long Invisalign treatment at RÜH Dental, Fleet Street with Dr. Sanj, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Great service for a quick emergency appointment whilst in town on business. Excellent dentist who was able to deal with the issue on the day and sort my issue out with minimal fuss

Useless and infuriating experience.

I went in for a consultation and was told I’d get a plan and quote the next day. Instead, I waited for FOUR WEEKS. No updates, no communication. I had to chase them!!!!

When I finally got the estimate, I was told I’d be referred to have a tooth removed, then that got declined, again with no real explanation. I then asked for an updated quote with no Invisalign, just composite bonding on 6 teeth and whitening, WITH images. Seems like a simple request, right? Apparently not. They just sent me a Invisalign quote again.

It’s now been NINE WEEKS of wasted time, energy, and patience. I’m literally ready to pay and move forward, but they clearly couldn’t care less.

Absolute joke of a service. Don’t waste your time or money. They are completely disorganised and unbothered. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Josh, Marjana and Nadia are always so amazing. One of my composite bonding had chipped which Josh fixed and he also cleaned it for me. He also kindly gave a good deal for my retainers as I didn’t have mine for some time. I’m so grateful and will always recommend Ruh Dental to everyone. Thank you so much :)

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sully for several years now, and I honestly can’t praise him enough. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly a master at what he does. He has a unique way of making both me and my family feel completely at ease every visit. My daughter, who’s always been terrified of the dentist, has done a full 180 thanks to him. It’s still not her favourite place in the world, but it’s no longer something she dreads - and that’s a huge win. A massive thank you to Dr. Sully and the whole team. The practice is beautiful, and without a doubt, this is the best dental care we’ve ever had.

I visited Ruh Dental Notting Hill in August 2024, first for a hygiene appointment and then for two follow-up visits with a dentist regarding a broken veneer. I paid nearly £300 in total. During these appointments, both the hygienist and the dentist told me my teeth were healthy, and no issues were raised or documented. However, just a few months later, during a consultation abroad for cosmetic work, I was told I had over 16 cavities, many of them on teeth with no veneers and therefore unrelated to the original concern.

This was a serious shock, so I sought a second opinion from another highly experienced dentist — who confirmed the same findings. Both professionals agreed these cavities had been present for at least three months and would have been clearly visible with even a basic check.

When I raised this with Ruh Dental, I was told that there was “no documentation” of an examination being carried out — effectively denying that my teeth had even been looked at, despite the fact that the dentist did check them and gave me a verbal summary at the time. The hygienist even praised the health of my teeth.

It is deeply concerning that something as fundamental as multiple cavities could be missed entirely. What’s more disappointing is the clinic’s response — not only dismissing my concerns, but showing no willingness to acknowledge the oversight or offer any constructive resolution.

I would strongly advise others to seek second opinions elsewhere before trusting the advice or assessments given here.

I recently had my initial consultation with Dr. Ravi Boojawon at Ruh Dental, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and then by Amy, the treatment coordinator. The clinic itself has a lovely ambiance, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

Dr. Ravi Boojawon was incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain my dental situation in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I’ve had several consultations in the past, but none have provided the level of detail, honesty, and insight that he did regarding my orthodontic treatment. Even though the treatment wasn’t suitable for my case, I left feeling genuinely reassured and satisfied with the explanation. I truly appreciate the transparency and professionalism, and I highly recommend Ruh Dental for anyone seeking expert advice and care.

Dr Richard hasn’t just transformed my smile, he has transformed my life!!

I have been under the care of Dr Richard for almost 3 years.

I have finished my treatment and my smile is even better than I could have ever imagined.

I experienced trauma on my teeth when I was younger meaning that through my adult life they were not strong enough resulting in me needing implants after failed crowns.

I also needed additional treatments to help the implants fuse into the bone, crown lengthening along with aligners, whitening and replacement of all my former filings to composite filings and porcelain crowns, oh and root canal for good measure.

Dr Richard is a wizard, I never thought in a million years I would ever be able to feel confident in my smile than I am now.

I was in my temporary’s on my wedding day, you would have never known, they look just like the real thing and I was able to smile at my Wife with full confidence for the first time in my life. Dr Richard made sure that happened, even coming in on a day off to ensure I had my dream smile on the big day!

The fact he is a legend in his field and as a person is a huge bonus, super down to earth always made me feel valued and never once doubted his ability.

I used to hate the dentist, not all dentists’ are equal.

All the team I have met at Ruh will always hold a special place in my smile journey!

I need to share my experience with this dental practice to prevent others from becoming victims like I was. A few years ago, I finally achieved my long-term dream of getting veneers, and the way this practice sold me on the procedure was nothing short of a fantasy. They painted a picture of perfection, assuring me that these veneers would last nearly 30 years and that there was no need for concern—especially since I was opting for porcelain veneers.

What I went through afterwards was an absolute nightmare, emotional and physical abuse to be quite frank. Those veneers came off four times, and I was charged for three of those repairs! The only time I wasnt charged was when I cried in front of the doctor stating, I am totally embarrassed that I was at a business dinner and out of sudden I was chewing on my veneers while holding a speech. Each visit with this arrogant, unfriendly doctor felt like emotional abuse. He never once apologised for what I was enduring. Instead, he treated me with disdain, doing his work in silence while I left the office feeling defeated.

The last time I saw Dr. Pete for a broken veneer, he was shockingly insulting. He asked how I managed to break the veneer, making it seem like I was the problem rather than acknowledging his own inadequate work. To make matters worse, he first told me I needed to schedule a new appointment to come back. I was incredulous—why should I need another appointment? I was there for him to treat me, not to be told to return later! I was in agony from the missing veneer, and when he finally did something, he only refilled it halfway, didn’t take any impressions, and then had the audacity to say, "You have to pay; otherwise, I’m not going to do anything."

Every time I reached out to the practice manager, Tracy, she pushed back against my requests to see a different doctor, insisting I stick with this one, despite my dissatisfaction. I felt trapped because I couldn't afford to go elsewhere. I brushed my teeth normally—there was no reason for these veneers to fail repeatedly. I know things can happen, but four times? I have friends with veneers that have lasted two decades without a hitch!

When I finally went back for help with a painful back tooth, he filled it twice without addressing the pain. It wasn’t until I consulted another dentist that I discovered Dr Pete had been treating a severely damaged nerve. The other practitioner also confirmed that Dr Pete should have been well aware of this circumstance since he was able to see right through the tooth to the rotten nerve. I was in excruciating pain for two months, and still, Tracy insisted I stay with this incompetent doctor.

Patient care is not their priority. I urge anyone considering this practice to think twice and invest your money elsewhere. I can’t believe I allowed myself to be treated this way for so long. After asking to speak with the practice director, I was promised contact, but it’s been two weeks with nothing.

Now, I am seeking legal advice to address the emotional and physical harm I’ve endured. This practice is a complete disaster, and I feel it’s my duty to warn others about the damage they can inflict.
