I saw a rug in a local store but it was not the correct size. I found the rug in the correct size on RugStudio and the customer service rep verified that it is the same collection, colorway and pattern as I saw in the store so now I know I can order with confidence.

I ordered several samples to decide on a rug; Katie was excellent helping me navigate returns, order additional samples, get those returned, and place my final order. Extremely helpful and great customer service; very responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very much appreciated- I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

From customer service to the design expert RugStudio was exceptional with service and design advise. I can not say enough about how the process of ordering was excellent my customer service rep even offered to check stock to give me an idea of how long I may have to wait for delivery. I would order again and needless to say the rug I received was delivered by fedex in perfect condition but what is even more exciting is just how drop dead gorgeous this area rug is.... everyone I had contact with at RugStudio gets an A+++++. I would order from this team again!!!!

I was totally clueless on which rub I had previously ordered... after the first customer service rep came on then left, I was glad Betsy came in and took over. She was patient with me and found the previous order. Then she had another staff person call me. She (sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful, too. Great job ladies.

Do not purchase anything from this company. First I received the wrong rug. Trying to coordinate what went wrong and receive the new one was terrible - should not have been my problem to deal with and the company should have handled it. Then when I did receive the correct item, it looked completely different than it did online and I decided to return it, which was even worse than the first debacle. Be aware: THEY DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. You are required to use a freight shipping company. They sent me links to four options and told me to get quotes from all of them. The cheapest one I could find cost me $350 to return the rug. I also had to purchase packing materials for this rug, which was 10x14 and cost almost $50. “No hassle refunds,” as advertised on their site, is complete and utter BS. 0 stars across the board.
