Good luck getting the showroom up and running!

By the way..noticed the signage on entering the area had the words "Design Centre Incubator"...they are not golf balls in the nets-they're Alien eggs..RUN!!

Great product. Made there and then to specific requirements. Affordable and ethical. Really happy.

Very easy selection process and quick delivery. Many thanks.

I recently purchased scaffolding boards for my kitchen, as shelving they needed sanding and sizing. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and service i received. I would highly recommend this company and their staff: who were very helpful and efficient. Great quality at very reasonable prices.

Friendly bunch and products are great. Easy to order, pickup and pay for. Definitely will be going back for our next project!

Brilliant, generous talented Rugged London. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help pull out and load up recycled wood for community gardens. Today it was for a big estate, the Pembury in Hackney. The residents are really excited to build their raised beds to grow food. Charities like Ecoactive and Groundwork will always come back to you to build fabulous sustainable gardens. We’ll be back!

Great website - easy to navigate and purchase materials.
Went above and beyond to get the delivery to me.
Extremely helpful and felt very personal.

Fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Quality materials and advice.

Great customer service! Charlie is an absolute dream so helpful and friendly. When I phoned he knew exactly who I was which was unnerving initially but really exactly how to make a customer feel valued. Thank you. Mine was a small order but I wasn’t made to feel a nuisance and Charlie went out of his way to help. Thank you

Really good delivery of wood, only fault is they didn’t let me know the delivery day in advance

Managed to deliver at short notice, friendly staff, fair prices.

A pleasure to deal with, great service and communication throughout.

The boards are beautiful pieces of wood and will make fabulous shelves. Special thanks to Charlie for taking the time to advise us on how to treat them to get the best finish!

Wood was great, service was great. The guy even asked us what it was being used for and changed the piece for one more suitable. Will definitely be back

Superb! Staff knowledgeable and very helpful. Great stock despite coronavirus restrictions.
Highly recommend.

Pleased with the finish.

We went to the workshop and were greeted with friendly staff, a quick service and came away with good quality boards for our coffee table. A pleasant experience all round.

Really helpful team and super efficient with delivery, price is very reasonable too, thanks ally would highly recommend

Very smooth transaction. Good quality boards delivered on time. Good communication. Many thanks.

Not a bad word to say!

I wanted the boards ASAP and David and Zoe together with the wider team have managed to turn it around in less than 4 hours, you really cannot get much better than that!
