Agreed 100eur cost by email after sending them photos of some carpets and floorboards. He said 100eur after seeing the photos. My sister had the cash ready but rang me in a panic to say that the cost was at 179 already and they were only half way through. She put him on the phone to me where he told me its done by weight, and the van was half full. I said it was agreed in writing as 100 after sending in photos. Why quote if its done by weight. I said take it all back out then and leave, we'll get the other company that quoted us. He said he would ring his boss, which he did while I was still on the line. They agreed the 100 that I was quoted. I would never use again.

Edit: At no point was weight mentioned in the quote. I was given a quote of €100 based on the 2 photos supplied. Don't quote a figure if you need to weigh it first. You quoted €100 without any mention of weight.

EDIT 2: correspondence took place by email, not WhatsApp. Stop trying to change the facts

They were great to take all the rubbish from the building, and it took two trucks to get everything done.

I've hired Rubbish Taxi twice now and they've always made themselves available within a day, and were punctuate on the agreed hour. Both of which are very helpful when undergoing larger works in the house.

I contacted this company on Sunday regarding removal of rubbish from my back garden and received a prompt reply, and I was booked in for Tuesday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. The guys arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and had the rubbish removed within minutes and I got the option of paying by cash or card. I have not hesitation in recommending this company, such a prompt and satisfactory service.
