Thank you for your feedback. While we regret that your expectations were not met, it is important to objectively review the circumstances from both sides.

You booked what is clearly defined in our terms as a “full load”, which includes up to 14 cubic yards in volume, 1,000 kilograms in weight, and 60 minutes of labour. These limits are not arbitrary—they are essential for ensuring safety, operational feasibility, and regulatory compliance for all our collections.

Upon receiving your photos, we assessed that the volume appeared within range. However, what was not visible—or disclosed—was that the load contained significantly heavy items, notably dense bags and wood materials, which pushed the actual weight far beyond the 1,000 kg limit. Completing the full removal would have resulted in a load close to two tons, which is double the allowable limit and not covered by the agreed service price.

In addition, it was not communicated to us that the waste would need to be collected from a third-floor level with no working lift, requiring our team to carry materials manually in 30°C heat. While our crew is committed and professional, such conditions significantly impact the labour time and physical effort required—again exceeding the scope included in the original booking.

We understand your disappointment. However, fairness also requires acknowledging that clear and full disclosure of the actual conditions—weight, access difficulty, and volume—was not provided at the time of booking. We fulfilled our service according to the defined terms and within the operational limitations.

We do not "select" rubbish arbitrarily; rather, we work within objective and published constraints to deliver what is safe, legal, and feasible. Had we known the true extent of the collection needed, we could have offered a revised quote or an alternative solution.

We thank you again for your feedback, and while we regret your dissatisfaction, we hope this explanation provides context and transparency.

When only part of the load was taken, and weight limits were explained after the fact, that didn’t match what you were told upfront. They offered to take the rest at the adjusted rate, but I get why that felt misleading when your expectation was “everything for a fixed price.”
