I wish I could give them 0 stars. They sent me a damaged pool in July. I let them know it was damaged. They sent a replacement thst was also damaged. I let them know. I scheduled a pick up for the second pool. No one came to pick up. So now they won’t ship me a replacement becuase it’s been too long! It’s now January and I still have not got what I paid for

I was able to find find what I needed .

Have an issue with my order. Can't get someone on the phone and they don't reply to emails. Very poor customer service

I’m telling you beware of this place and from these reviews I have no idea what people are talking about about great tracking information I ordered a treadmill they said it was supposed to be delivered yesterday February 1 never did I get any tracking information they claim they cannot give me a tracking number now does that make sense never heard of a company that does that and of course you can never talk to anyone by phone it’s always through text beware this place is a total scam

I originally order a 75” tv, only to be told they didn’t have any. Then it went to Best Buy won’t deliver or ship 75” tvs (mind you I just had a new tv delivered recently from BEST BUY) with no problems. They charged me for a 58” tv the same price as the 75” tv. SCAMMERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL…Run while you have a chance.

Idk who I was texting but they were extremely helpful I had so many problems we started texting at 1pm and ended around 5:30pm again extremely helpful
