RST Breakdown Recovery Anmeldelser

Had incident in Paris and needed recovering to Devon. Driver was there within 12 hours of call to recover us and take us home. 5 star!

From calling and speaking with Daniel who was very professional, polite and helpful, we felt comforted in what was a very stressful situation, on the M20 in the rain.
The driver George, arrived within an hour and a half and we were on our way in under half an hour.
He took us all the way to a garage in Sunderland, a 5 hour trip and he was good pleasant company.
The cost was also very reasonable.
Well done!

Very quick professional service. The person who took my call was extremely calming at a very stressful moment. The service tech shied up when they said he would. Couldn’t ask for more!

Came late on Saturday evening and was a nice guy.

Great service .. managed to organise an emergency pick up within a couple of hours.
Thank you

Great services, affordable prices. It was fast too. Overall great experience 10/10

I'm very happy with the service and I will recommend it to everyone to use this service. Very reliable thanks again

Very impressive and highly responsive performance. The communication is also excellent throughout.

Would highly recommend.

Our car had not moved for months and the MOT was due, however the car could not start - I did not know if it was the battery or something else! I contacted this car recovery company and, from start to finish, their service was absolutely top-notch. The operator was friendly and reassuring on the phone, clearly explaining the process and giving me an accurate estimate for when the recovery vehicle would arrive. Since I was using a business account, I asked for an invoice and true to their word, the paperwork was sent over with only a small deposit to pay.

True to their word, the driver showed up promptly and handled my car with the utmost care. He was courteous, professional, and made a stressful situation much more manageable. The towing process was quick and efficient, and my car was delivered safely to the Volvo garage without any issues.

I was particularly impressed with the transparency of their pricing—no hidden fees, just honest, fair rates. It's a relief to know there's a reliable company like this available when things go wrong on the road.
I can't recommend this car recovery firm highly enough. If you’re ever in need of a trustworthy and efficient towing service, look no further than RST breakdown recovery!

RST Breakdown Recovery provide a great service with quick response time.
Vehicle was recovered within 45 minutes and taken safely to destination and the price was quite reasonable.

Well great service these guys

Great, very honest and very helpful service according to bad situation. Specially your service is very trusted and friendly and Excellent.

Very quick service and driver was great, five stars

Prompt service. Reasonably priced. Arrived at stated time and driver incredibly helpful and friendly. Great service - would thoroughly recommend.

Daniel was fantastic. His communication and customer service skills were perfect. He seemed to understand the stressful situation we were in. He had empathy and replied to our questions quickly and clearly.

It was a shame that the person subcontracted to take us and our van home from France didn't have the same customer service skills. 22hrs in a cramped rescue car was not the best end to our holiday.

At the end of the day, RST got us home at about the time they said they would.

A life saver. They were with us within 46 minutes and they kept in contact with us all the time. The recovery driver helped us get the car back into its allocated parking space.

Excellent service from start to finish. Many other companies said call our would be several hours whereas this company had a recovery driver In just over the hour. The driver was outstanding and made sure I was comfortable, worked quickly to sort the car and was an excellent driver. All round perfect service, so grateful I called them to help!

These guys made a really crappy situation that little bit better. Collected my car swiftly even though the garage it was at messed about a bit. Car was delivered quickly. Would defo recommend and use again

Got stuck with an electrical fault which drained the battery of the car.
Pick up arrived well within an hour and the driver was able to jump start the battery with his power pack when standard cables had been no use. Great service

quick recovery very helpful
