when you're buying a watch or a product from online you have to make sure to fact check the product ( if the images are original not taken from any website or other sources just simply google lense it ) or contact the supplier directly they have given you thier personal Whatsapp numbers too so that you can ask as many questions possible photos and vedios it's thier job to communicate with you Through photos and vedios you can even ask the supplier about the dimensions of watches the size and ask them kindly to give better photos that could help your decision making in the end you have to be 110% that you are willing to buy and the product is a good as you thought AND ONLY TAKE THINGS GRANTED FOR CASH ON DELIVERY NO ADVANCE

I did all that in my first experience and as expected i got what i wanted the quality was amazing the machine was very clean and product arrived in a good leather box but later my watch was stolen by a friend :( so i ordered the same product i go through same procedures and that same product yet again without a doubt was amazing quality i am amazed with r shops consistency also i order around 8 watches and Haven't gone though the "fruad" scenario so please moving on its my advice to take procedures then make a decisions that don't disappoint you and i pray allah protect all of us from frauds and evil scammers ameen

I bought a replica watch and it kept losing time from day 1. I asked for a replacement as watch was clearly defective, but they said they'd repair it. So sad, losing and treating customers who spend hard earned money to get something nice. If you have money to spare buy watches from anywhere else but here. You'll thank me later.

Rshop.com.pk is a fraud website and almost all websites that you see when you search "replica watches pakistan" on google are owned by them. They sell defective watches and give you no refund or replacement or support.

I purchased a watch from them on 26/Mar/2023 (order #151500053698), which I received in about three days, and as soon as I received it, it was not functioning. I told them right away and they said that battery must have been misplaced, go to your nearest watch shop and fix battery. Like why? Anyways I went to the shop, they opened it, battery was in it's place but it was leaking, so the watchmaker replaced the battery, the next day the watch worked for 1 day and now again it's not working.

I told them to replace the watch or give me a refund but they refused it. I said I have a 6 months warranty from you, they said you opened the watch at local shop that's why you can't avail the warranty, and in warranty we do not replace or refund. I reminded them that they told me to fix the battery, and shared screenshots with them in which they told me. After that, they are ignoring my messages and giving me no response.

One thing more. It was my first experience purchasing a watch from R-Shop, I knew that online frauds happens, so before placing my order, I told them to send me images of the watch they listed from all sides. They sent me images, it looked fine, and I placed the order. What I received was not just defective but also "totally different" from the images they listed on their website and images and videos they showed me on whatsapp.

Moral of the story: They sell defective, counterfeit, rusted and malfunctioning watches, and after they get your money, they won't even respond.

Don't ever make a mistake to buy anything from them. They are professional fraudsters.
