Royaura has an extensive variety of shirts to choose from. The shirts are made of a high quality material, sizes are appropriate for American standards. Royaura has customer service representatives who reach out to confirm any issues concerning the order.

I just love the shirts from Royaura. Great hand ( feel), very good quality and they look awesome. I have ordered over 200 shirts so far. The service desk people like Cathy really do take customer satisfaction seriously.

Cathy was sensational as she was like a bulldog to get me a replacement for a shirt that had pilled after very few wearings.

Timing and attitude

Great prices, huge selection, simple process from selection to purchase, and tracking my purchases until delivery was easy.

I have been buying shirts from Royaura for some time. I found the shirts very comfortable, unique, and reasonable price points.

In addition, the customer service is exceptional. When I bought my last shirt the medium was too large. Your customer service team responded quickly by exchanging the shirt to the small size. I returned the medium shirt without a problem.

Honestly, this was one of the wildest ordering processes I have gone through. The whole initial order had a couple of conflicting elements between the address and the payment since it was a gift I was ordering to a different location. What ended up happening is that the product just got shipped to a warehouse somewhere in the US and then most likely discarded. It wasn't until reaching back out and explaining everything a few times that I was able to get the help I needed. That being said, once I was eventually able to reach Cathy helping me with order DHDDF00421744-1, everything was smooth sailing. By that point, I had learned how to navigate ordering through their system, where to go to separately track everything, AND who to go to in order to express my concerns. Seriously, Cathy was awesome and super helpful, and I feel like if I had been offered to contact her first, that I could've avoided a month of back and forth and got the product to ship sooner.

So, all that being said, Cathy is 5 stars, the fact that my product I ordered eventually got there was 5 stars, but the rest of my experience in advocating to get there felt like 2 stars. 12/15 is also an 80%, which is why I gave the 4/5 stars!

My recommendation for Americans using the site:
1.) Triple check that the address, payment, and shipping are correct. My ZIP code was automatically added into the address from my payment, which was incorrect for the ZIP of where I was trying to ship.
2.) This is shipping from China and Royaura uses a DIFFERENT 3rd party tracker that does not have their name on it. This 3rd party tracking will NOT give you automatic updates and you need to MANUALLY track the progress of your order.
3.) There is a language barrier that you will have to deal with. Like I said, Cathy was fantastic, but it took me about a month of reaching out, explaining what was happening, not being understood and offered a discount or a solution to something that was not the problem I had, letting them know that and re-asking for help, and then being moved on to a new person with a new case number. It wasn't until I got into contact with Cathy that my problem was actually understood and corrected.

So, just be persistent and consistent in checking and advocating and you should be good to go! The Christmas gift I ordered arrived in March but it was loved just the same.

From the ordering, to shipping, and receipt, everything was easy. And the shirts in my order, DHDDF00429630, are fabulous! I even ordered four more as soon as I tried n my new shirts. I will be wearing my new shirts happily.

I ordered 4 of the mid century modern shirts and they arrived in 2 seperate packages, a couple days apart. The shirts are beatiful, vibrant in color, and seem larger than stated sizes. Love these!

The shirts I ordered are comfortable. I ordered XL and it fits, the tail may be a tad long, but overall, very nice shirt

I have ordered from ROYAURA many times...and will continue to do so. They were unable to get one of the shirts to me prior to the day I wanted it and they gladly refunded my credit card. Good customer service!

I have purchased from Royaura 4 times, and the shirts I purchase have all been exactly what I expected. The measuring chart for clothing sizes is very accurate. I only purchase clothing that is Polyester or a blend. Wrinkle free shirts are priceless. On 2 occasions, Cathy has provided me with a very reasonable discount. Which is always a nice bonus.
