I’m very happy with my latest order! As always, it was delivered right on time, which I really appreciate. I’ve also noticed a big improvement in customer service – the team was very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. It’s great to see such positive changes. Highly recommended!

I purchased all my small home salon furniture and loved it. The two chairs which were for the waiting area were the problem, when taking the chair apart to inspect. Saw what shocking material was used for the base of the chair.. ply wood used on building sites it had the name of the brand on so googled it.. it was covered in plaster . Roxie Cosmetics said they would only offer 45% refund and I had to reinforce the chair myself. I’ve only been refunded for one so far..

I placed an order with Roxie Cosmetics on 3rd February 2026 for a beauty bed listed as a pre-order item with an estimated lead time of 6–12 weeks.

Based on this, I reasonably expected delivery by the end of April.

However, I later discovered that:
• My order was not placed with their supplier until 5th February
• The item is now not expected to arrive with them until early May
• This means delivery to me will likely be mid to late May (or beyond)

This exceeds the original estimated timeframe based on their own updated delivery information and is no longer workable for my business.

Importantly, this delay was not proactively communicated, I had to request updates myself.

After a considerable amount of back and forth, Roxie did offer an alternative item that was available sooner. However, this alternative was approximately £200 more expensive, with the additional cost needing to be covered by me.

When I instead requested to cancel the order due to the extended delay, Roxie Cosmetics:
• Refused a full refund
• Stated a 40% cancellation fee would apply
• Indicated the order would proceed regardless

Despite the fact that I have not received the item and the delivery timeframe has materially changed.

Most concerning was the tone of communication. At an early stage in the dispute, they referenced potential debt recovery in cases of what they consider “fraudulent chargebacks”, which felt unnecessarily aggressive when I was simply trying to resolve the issue fairly.

Overall, the experience has been:
• Poor communication
• Lack of transparency around delays
• Rigid reliance on terms rather than reasonable resolution
• Pressure when attempting to challenge the situation

I have now had to raise a chargeback through my bank.

While delays can happen, it is how a company handles them that matters. Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution when ordering pre-order furniture from this company, particularly where timelines are important.

Very good service. Everything well explained on website. Rapid despatch, products as described brand new sealed. I also got little something as extra. Thank you

Poor service. Ordered pedicure chair 29th December with a 6-12 weeks delivery. Despite several emails asking for an update, told 16th March now told 23rd March, which coincidentally is 12 weeks. No chance of expecting to receive it before 12 weeks, but if you ordered today you could receive it 2-3weeks, so they advertise online.
Also ordered a bed light, asked for that to be shipped earlier but refused, said it had to come as one delivery.
Customer service is poor. Would not order from them again.
