took 17 days to receive my items, and they were not as pictured. Immediately researched return process and am currently negotiating with someone to determine how much I will get back. Started with $12 (original order was almost $90), and now they are offering $35. This company is a scam. There are no labels on the clothing indicating company name, the charge on my bank account is yet another name ("pierspenarch*UK"), and I have since seen the same clothing advertised under different company names on instagram.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and style of my entire order! Definitely ordering again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Products arrive damaged, material is cheap, false advertisement! Customer service is terrible, they will not return items even if damaged. Wanted to give me 7.00 for what I paid 45.00 for. Finally agreed to accept the return, but wanted me to send the sweater back to Dubai, when the website clearly states it is a US company based in South Carolina. Shipping to be paid by me, which costs about $125.00 to send to Dubai. Such a scam it’s ridiculous!!!! What a waste of money.

I didn't like the two sweaters I purchased. I paid over $90 for both. When i enquired about returning the items, Rowye offered me $26 and told me to keep the items. I wouldn't accept the $26 so they offered me $50 and said the return shipping cost would be my responsibility. Would not buy from here again.

I purchased 2 tops and 1 sweater and the colours were beautiful and as advertised. The material is interesting and I’m unsure how it will breathe in hot weather.
Orange shirt (m) fit large.
Green shirt (m) and grey sweater (L) fit as expected.
I’m 5’9” and 142 lbs.

I was ultimately happy with my order. However, I had not been forewarned that delivery might take up to 2weeks. Moreover, when I initially tried to track the postal number you’d given me, I was informed that there was no such postal number to be found.
Communication from Rowye, was sadly lacking. Tried to find a way, ANYWAY, of contacting you, and was met with a brick wall. Unable to reach you any way that I tried. It was extremely frustrating, and somewhat suspicious to me, the buyer.
Nevertheless, package did, finally arrive. I am pleased with my purchases.

States that clothes are made in USA, when they come in a bag directly from China with chinese writing. Also, not tags on clothes but label on bag says made in china. Also, cheap material and no ability for returns unless "defect". No easy way for contact. Felt sketch as it was on fb sponsored ad. Should have known better. out $60 on a sweater you could get at TJMAXX.

I should have known better this is a total scam. I should have drive down the road and thrown my $100 out the window. ... would have been the same thing

My sweaters were delivered faster than expected and were just as nice as they looked in their photos. True to size, nice quality. Really happy with my purchase!

love the sweater and the fit - went extra large so it was extra roomy - there were a few snags in the sweater but I was able to fix that

Clothes look nothing like the pictures. And, since their policy is: "if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request. And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.", there's no recourse. I'm stuck with 2 sweaters that I never wanted.

Fast and easy experience.

Bait & Switch. I was sent a completely different product from what was advertised. When I requested a return they said I was mistaken and that they had sent the correct product even when provided with the receipt and photos of what was actually delivered. Oh, and I was offered $7 instead of the $60.97 I actually spent. This company is a fraud.

I ordered two sweaters from Rowye. Both turned up as pictured and in the sizes I ordered. One had a dark spot right near the collar on the front, making it unwearable (had the spot been in a different place I could’ve ignored it). So I took some photos of the spot and emailed Rowye. They responded saying they could offer $6 in compensation…for a $45 sweater. After going back and forth three times they offered $23. It is unacceptable to sell a defective product and not offer a refund for the full amount or an exchange for a non-defective version. Rowye has limited comments on social media to keep us from being able to tell others, so hopefully this review will help. They have poor customer service if your item is damaged.

For some reason doesn’t look exactly like in the Picture but close enough. Love it and it’s comfy for Seattle rainy days when you want to be casual chic .
