Rove has a great points redemption and earning platform. The travel portal for both flights and hotels typically give you a way higher redemption rate vs the 1% the typicall Credit Card companies give. I will say and agree with some other reviwers that the Shopping Portal does have some quirks and may not be for the first timer or casual user. Some websites report pending points same day and others take a manual request. Just recently, Rove has made it a bit easier to track with Shopping Trips opened now available for you to click and open a dispute/search. I think in terms of getting these things straightened out, they have made some great improvements to help in this area. It is difficult to say if the issue in order tracking is a Rove issue or vendor issue such as Temu is notriously difficult in my experience to get miles to post pending automatically not just on Rove but any shopping portal. One negative I have seen is that you really have to invest into the shopping portal as points do not clear for many merchant until day 90-100 so that is pretty normal if you see it. They are a new company and you can see really positive changes as they grow and try to provide a better user experience. One nice plus to counter this negative, when you book a hotel, you get your points instantly. Many times it can be enough points to cover your flight. So the points multiples, points redemtion, and instant points from travel bookings does make up for any early growing pains they might be experiencing.

Most mile are going to be pending for more than six months and then will fail to transfer to completed and usable milage. Orders im speaking was not returned/canceled or ineligible.

I've been a long time points and miles person and at first I was skeptical but at this point Rove has earned me tons of miles. I've already transferred out and will continue to keep booking with them to earn more rewards.

For redemption on shopping, via the extension browser, it simply doesn't work. You have to "activate" an offer but even when done, it won't register. For websites like Hulu, where you're supposed to earn 11.5x miles, my guess is the only way it works is if you time it to "activate" right before your card is charged so you would have to keep track of the day of charge + keep the tab open all day? On Eventbrite and Sephora, it didn't work at all and its not worth submitting tickets every single time, in order to get redeemed. On the only site its worked on (Marshalls) its been 7 weeks with points still "pending". Maybe for booking flights/hotels this is a better experience but for everyday shopping it's trash/doesn't work

I booked it for my West Coast trip. And using the x10 Miles Boost. It's good and the miles I collected during domestic & international flight can be used for other travel inquiries.

I've been using Rove Miles for only about a month, and I already have enough miles for round-trip transatlantic flights for two. It's such a cool concept! I got a ton of miles on two hotel bookings, and I keep adding more on my everyday purchases. As with anything miles hoarding discipline is important, but once you've bookmarked their website and installed their browser extension, it's easy to remember how to make your hotel bookings and online purchases contribute to your next travel. I love Rove Miles and sincerely recommend them to everyone.

I was able to collect points while booking a tour with GetYourGuide on vacation! I also collected points while online shopping. That was super cool - it ended up paying for my flight from Miami to NYC! Such an amazing tool!

I’ve been a loyal Expedia user for years, but earning 25x+ on hotels was just too good to pass up. After installing the chrome extension and booking a couple hotels through Rove, I earned 100k miles before I even realized. I was then able to use their flight search feature to find the best deal for my next trip to the Maldives and get QSuites worth more than I spent on the hotel using those miles. I seriously don’t understand the economics behind how this is possible, and it felt too good to be true, but seems to work great. Highly recommend to anyone that travels or shops online.

I've been using Rove for a couple of months and already earned enough miles for a free round trip flight using the shopping page and Chrome extension, and their customer support has been amazing. I used Rakuten before and it would take way too long for cash back to post.

First experience with Rove has been incredible. We booked the Ritz Carlton in Hawaii for our honeymoon and got 10x points which paid for our flights right away back to LA. The customer service went above and beyond, and the value they give you with miles is unlike anything I've seen. I have a bunch of the rewards credit cards and I'm enrolled in every loyalty program and this beats everything I've used for points hacking. Just this first booking alone beat any transfer bonus. Highly recommend!
