- The lawyer settled the case based on my monthly salary from 8 years ago, (33% lower)

- Two weeks before the initial court hearing, I was informed that my former employer had made a counterproposal. I asked about its content, but received no reply till the day of the court hearing (!)

- At the beginning, I could speak with an assistant by phone, but later I could only reach an automated AI voice assistant

- When I managed to reach the firm by phone, the response was rude and unfriendly.

* Zwei Wochen vor dem Gütetermin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass mein ehemaliger Arbeitgeber einen Gegenvorschlag gemacht habe. Ich fragte nach dessen Inhalt, erhielt jedoch bis zum Tag der Gerichtsverhandlung keine Antwort (!)

* Anfangs konnte ich telefonisch noch mit einer Assistentin sprechen, später erreichte ich jedoch nur noch eine automatische KI-Sprachassistenz.

* Als ich die Kanzlei telefonisch erreichen konnte, war die Reaktion unhöflich und unfreundlich.

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit der Kanzlei Rotwang Law gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich schnell zurückgemeldet, um mir den Ablauf zu erklären und einen ersten Beratungstermin zu vereinbaren. They played friendly before I paid the 226 euros after that they called late for the appointment. After they made me sign power of attorney.. that was the end of our journey.. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING it's a scam. I can even report them to police

My experience with this law firm was total catastrophe. After reading the reviews I decided to contact them, they advised my case was straight forward and either way, after fees are paid I will have not less the 60 percent. To my surprise I paid more court fees, translator and legal fees. It has left me in debt.
I strongly advise to seek second opinion and my lesson is lawyers will tell you anything, because lose or win they still get paid. Be careful
