In the morning of the transfer day I requested the driver to pick us up half an hour earlier. That was arranged smoothly and quickly within minutes. Driver arrived 5mins before agreed time so no stress with getting to the airport on time. Great instant response on the WhatsApp chat.

I would like to know the car information beforehand. The driver was little bit late.

Late for pickup but all in all very nice driver and ok car.

Why it do not get full score is that they did not come to pickup point in time and we had to call the transport company. They did not find our booking until i had explained and given booking number, meaning they would never come to pick us up if i did not call them.

When I booked it, it gives you half hour to get out from plain, collect your suitcase and reach the driver, my plane arrived 10 min earlier, suitcase came out in a minute - I took domestic flight- they don't even have passport control, so there I am, outside - and I have to wait approx 35 min for my driver 🙄 but there he was - 5 min later, that means 30 min earlier - with my last name misspelled, but much earlier than he should - I was delighted, reached my hotel super fast and comfortable, in a very very fancy car, more like a limo for special occasions, not even joking, even water provided. I will book exactly the same on the way back, but I haven't booked my flight yet, so I don't even know when or where I'm gonna go. Anyway, thank you guys for a VIP service, I loved it. 🙌
