Roseview Windows Anmeldelser

The time spent researching replacement UPVC windows was well spent as I came across Roseview Windows and I am very pleased with the final result.A perfectly engineered, quality product that also looks very good indeed.

Francesca Mata was super helpful with providing me some information for my windows. Every time the response was prompt, which helped me with my project. I appreciate the effort which helped put my mind at rest especially when it comes to building control.

Straight-forward advice and a fast response

I made an enquiry and I received everything I required

Emma Hodges answered all the queries I had, thank you

I needed a quick quote on secondary glazing which is to be installed in a Grade 2 Listed building. Emma from Roseview has been incredibly helpful, talked me through their quotation process, and the quickest way to get the quote. She was kind and polite, sent me all the relevant brochures, offers, and even offered a tour of their factory in Buckinghamshire! Very professional service all round, looking forward to doing business with Roseview.

This company go above & beyond , their follow up service in 2024 from windows that were installed in 2019 leaves nothing out. They are friendly & helpful and always ring back when they said they would, so would definitely use them again . Thankyou Roseview windows

We had a great reception from Roseview whilst visiting last week. Keane and Emma were really helpful and took the time to reply to all the points raised throughout the day, great team and nice vibe.

Emma has been very clear in explaining the ordering process and the next stages. This has given me a very positive view of Roseview windows as clear details are important to me.

Emma Hodges, along with all the other employees at Roseview have always provided us with a great service.

We have been installing a new job and come across some problems, Francesca has gone above and beyond to help me today in resolving the issues.

Thank you everyone, but thank you Francesca even more :)

We’ve had Heritage Rose windows since 2003, which we are still very pleased with. I contacted the customer service department to enquire about replacement tilt catches, and was very impressed with the courteous and helpful service from Leia. She identified what I needed and arranged for the parts to be dispatched immediately. They were delivered next day and I can’t praise the company highly enough for their excellent customer service.

Great customer service from Francesca who couldn't of helped enough, resolved my query within a few hours, great experience thankyou.

I would like to give a shout-out to the customer care team at Roseview. Emma, like the entire team, is always very professional and quick to respond to any queries we may have. We at @Osborn Glass we appreciate the continued support.

Really helpful and speedy response from Francesca wrt a query I had on spares.
Continue to love our windows (installed 2019)

Sophie, Roseviews Customer Care Team Leader could not do enough to help with an issue we had, caused by us not Roseview. The speed in which the problem was resolved was second to none.
Real pleasure to deal with a company that cares and has the time to sort out a problem that was not created by them.
Thank you

Michael

The following is an email I sent to Roseview after experiencing some initial snags with the windows.

I felt it fair to drop you an email and say how brilliant I have found Roseview to work with regarding issues I have had with the windows. Every person we have dealt with or spoken to has bee excellent and very customer orientated making my life very easy. I must particularly mention yourself, thank you and the two engineers who came to work on the windows in situ, please pass on my thanks to them both and all at Roseview who I have been involved with this.

I would be greatful if this email could be forwarded on to a director/HR or the CEO as I can now sell Roseview as a company for not only having first class windows but better than first class customer care. I have several large orders for your Ultimate window in the pipeline (confirmed, one for 42 windows) and I am so happy with the response show here.

Thank you again and I look forward to working with all at Roseview moving forward. I should also give a quick shout out to Harry Whittaker who has also been phenomenal at answering my presales queries and providing information I have needed to aid with sales.
