If I could give 0 I would. Probably the worst service and product quality of anything Ive ever experienced previously. The product quality was so poor (don’t believe the online pictures) I requested a return which was at my cost and was within a few pounds of the cost of the items?? They offered a 10% goodwill gesture for me to keep them, I accepted as it was the most cost effective way out. The items went to the charity shop and guess what? Still not received the promised goodwill payment some 2 months on and I doubt I will. MY ADVICE LEAVE THIS COMPANY ALONE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED SOMEWHERE ELSE

This company is a sham,using sweatshop labour and poor materials, plus fake photography of their products. Supposed big discounts but in reality the production costs are likely to be so low as to allow still for a substantial profit
They purport to be in London but are clearly in China, and playing on the Hartley and Rose brand. The payment site is in Altrincham but that is all that is in the U.K. Goods get shipped from China.
The quality of the shirts I ordered was exceptionally poor. One I haven’t bothered to unpack as there is no point. It’ll go to a clothes bank.

Appalling customer service. Item not dlivered. Refused to solve the problem with Royal mail. The Royal Mail agreed their picyure did not prove delivery and was willing to deal with the company, but the company refused saying I had to sort it. Royal Mail was willing to sort it with the company, but the company refused to deal with Royal Mail. I was left with no goods and no refund. Royal Mail agreed the company should sort it, but they refused.

TERRIBLE. I ordered some orthopaedic sandals.
They took 2 weeks to arrive, were too small and poor quality.
Despite the website claiming 'easy returns' I was told I'd have to pay approx £35 to return them or £9.95 postage for a larger size.
Their 'easiest and simplest option' was to accept a 10% refund which I reluctantly did. Very unhappy :(

These Margaret shorts ended up being more practical than I expected. The elastic waist is comfortable when I sit in the garden, and the drawcord lets me tighten them before walking to the shops. the side pockets are deep enough for my phone and keys, which is unusual for lightweight summer shorts. The relaxed legs looked a little wide straight from the parcel, but softened after the first wash. I have mostly worn them around the house, then forgotten to change before going out.

What a con!
Everything is cheaply made & takes ages. Can't return items as costs more than the item you bought! Claims to be a London company- absolutely rubbish.
Remember the moto....to good ro be true then it's a con.

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from Rose & Hartley London. The shirt I received was nothing like the photos or description — very poor quality and completely unwearable. It also arrived with no legal labelling, which is a basic requirement for clothing sold in the UK.
Company offers a 30 day money back guarantee, the company markets itself as London‑based, but the item was shipped from China and I was told to return it to China for a refund which will cost more than the shirt. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they repeatedly offered partial refunds and told me I could keep the shirt - it is such pour quality it would never be worn!
This experience has been frustrating and misleading. I would not recommend this retailer and avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent me a 2 XL when I ordered a medium. They will not arrange a refund - cheekily wrote to say I could have a 20% refund and to donate the dress to a charity shop. They have now ceased all communication.

This company are Hong Kong based and same company as Rose London and various other "london" fashion outlets, all not based in London at all, their return policy right at the bottom and the returns cost a minimum of £9 t0 £30+ to send to Hong Kong. They offer to send you something else instead at postage cost of min of £9. I disputed a pair of sandals that were not as per the picture and after so many emails they eventually offered me a final offer of 30% of the cost of goods, so I am out of pocket and currently disputing this with my credit card company. Apart from anything else the quality was very poor. They always have a "sale" on offering 60+% off, ending that day but the sale is on every day! Cheap chinese rip off company. Important Note

they state - ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.

Purchased a pair of sandals which when arrived were damaged. They tried to fob me off and only starting to offer me 20% refund and I can keep the rubbish sandals which if I saw in a shop would purchase for £2.99 unfortunately I purchased them for £29.95 . I eventually got £22.95 refund. The company says London but they are based in China. Do not order from this company. They are a con rubbish and should not be able to advertise as a London company

If I could give this company minus stars I would. The clothes i received were made from cheap awful fabric. Very misleading website as I thought they were London based but actually it's in Asia. On wanting to return goods I was offered another set of clothes for £9.95 abd keep the ones I'd ordered or to return would item would cost between £15--£35....absolutely shocking...don't not order from this website

Received shoes marked as a 36 which is a UK 3.5 and not the size 4 I ordered. I complained and was told I could keep but must pay £9.95 for a replacement. I refused and they just said in their sizing 36 is a 4. A flagrant fib. Their Ts and Cs contravene umpteen regulations and on top of all this the quality is appalling. Do not buy from this Chinese company.

The sandals were very cheaply made, the return address is Asia so I reluctantly accepted 20% discount but I would say they were not even suitable to give to charity. It is not a London Company.therefore I would warn anyone from buying from them.

I put one star as it doesn’t allow you to put none. This outfit should be investigated by trading standards although they will undoubtedly pop up somewhere else with another fancy title.

I should have read the reviews before ordering the shirt. The company despite having you believe that they are based in London appears to be based in Singapore.

I ordered the shirt as the picture showed a good looking quality shirt of good material. The shirt that took three weeks to deliver was nothing like the one advertised. The quality was absolutely shocking. Two wears and in the bin. It was actually £29.95 down allegedly from about £70.

I travel to Singapore frequently and the quality of shirts on market stalls is far superior to this rag.

Ordered a shirt from this Company. Absolute junk and not as described. Avoid them at all costs as you dont get what you've paid for. Misleading and rubbish. AVOID AVOID AVOID
