I ordered several outfits which, I might add, were on the more expensive side because they were handmade. I was happy to pay the higher price because I expected the quality of service and professionalism to match.
Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.
My order didn't arrive within the agreed turnaround time, and when I contacted the seller for an update, I was told the turnaround time had effectively been scrapped and that I'd receive my order "when it comes." I found this response dismissive and unprofessional.
The outfits were made in a seasonal print, so they were purchased for a specific time of year. This isn't the type of item you can simply use whenever it eventually arrives. Many customers choose to support small businesses, paying more than they would on the high street, because they value handmade products and expect reliable service in return.
Throughout the process, I received several different explanations for the delays, including personal circumstances. While I appreciate that unexpected events can happen, I felt the communication was poor and there was no clear timescale or proactive effort to keep me informed.
In the end, I had to raise a chargeback to recover my money, which was decided in my favour. The process involved a great deal of unnecessary stress, lengthy periods of being ignored, and communication that I found unpleasant.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't purchase from this seller again.

Scammer through and through. Not only will you wait months for basic items, they’re terribly made and barely fit a build a bear. Owner is narcissistic and still owes multiple people money, the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

Terrible communication skills

Goes over turnaround times that much that she has no removed turnaround times all together, so basically you get the item when she can be bothered to her around to it

I got a gilet in age 3/4 my child wears 2/3 and it’s tiny.. it does fit her build a bear though (also took 3 months to come so way outside of turnaround as she still had a turnaround time when I ordered, I also waited 6 months for a mystery dress I ordered to arrive)

You aren’t allowed to message for updates on orders this applies for everyone including her brand reps (who she has sent to leave 5* star reviews to try and counteract the negative reviews)

She’s been rude and verbally aggressive to people complaining of issues with orders and asking for refunds

She talks badly about people in her rep chat who have done charge backs and bordered on bullying one ex rep who did a chargeback on her

On the whole terrible products and an equally terrible and unprofessional ‘business’ owner strongly urge anyone to waste their money with this maker

Would give her a million stars if I could!!

It’s truly a shame a group of girls feel the need to band together to try to bring down one girl who’s just doing her best for her small business!!

I’ve had some beautiful outfits for my girls that have been nothing short of perfection, I fear some people believe when you shop small you should get “fast fashion turn around times” I’ve always been very happy to wait for the beautiful pieces she makes as I know she is one person just making her passion into her job so if you do place an order please remember she is human, she’s one person and she has a family, she’s not a sewing machine or the dirt on your shoe

IGNORE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!

The owner of rose and grace goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for every single customer, make and design. She FULLY discusses with customers any updates that she has regarding the make, turnaround time etc. I think what people forget is that manners cost NOTHING and that Rose and Grace is a ONE woman business, alongside raising her family. Everyone is so quick to post negative reviews but never positives. I can whole heartedly say that I have NEVER had a negative experience and have been ordering for over a year now. We love Rose and Grace and will be continuing to do so.

Waited 19 and 15 weeks for orders that were purchased in a 6-8 week turnaround. The seller finally made and sent them after I had filed a chargeback. When the items arrived they were too small and faulty. The seller was notified and ignored my messages for five days, they state they need to be notified of an issue within 24 hours which breaks all legal standards. As I won my chargeback I made the moral decision to post them back to the seller. When I notified her she said it is within her discretion whether she refunds me or not. I told her that they were returned due to me winning my chargeback and the seller was highly unprofessional, manipulative and was gaslighting me. As it was £160 I felt it was the right decision to file my chargeback as that is a lot of money for anyone to not have a product for.

Didn’t send all my items, refused to co operate and was very rude, unprofessional. lastly made a public pinned post about me when I asked for my missing item to which led to me having to do a chargeback would never buy again avoid at all costs also if you do decide to buy it doesn’t have a turn around time so don’t expect items to come “quickly” runs very very small so size up if you want the item to fit when you get it eventually

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Item was expensive but sounded pretty so I paid.
Item came 2 months later than agreed, I asked countless times to cancel as it had gone over agreed time (legally I can cancel as contract is invalid) and she just said no.
Item came and it’s ridiculously small, it’s meant to be 2/3 but is smaller than a similar item I have in 9-12 months.

Stitching is awful and the item has multiple flaws, inconsistency’s and even a hole.

I reached out to the seller who had the worst attitude I have ever experienced.

Avoid this business at all costs.
