Not sure if it's a 5 yet because I'm only on day 12, but mornings are definitely less gross than they used to be. Usually I spend the first 10 mins at the sink clearing gunk out and that's calmed way down.

I'm still coughing, plus sneezing as I cough but nothing like I used to. It will take some time because I've been going through this for some time now so it won't go away overnight

I ordered the product at the end of August. It came quickly and I started using it. I saw some real improvement so I ordered two more bottles. Unbeknownst to me, I was already on auto-ship, which I feel that the company did not make clear when I ordered the product. When my new bottles came, I noticed that the formula had COMPLETELY changed. They no longer use Apple Cider Vinegar, Inulin, Digestive Enzymes, and a Probiotic. All of the new ingredients are completely new like Zinc, Copper, Ginger Root, and several others. I emailed the company to ask why they changed the formula and that I need to return the unopened bottles because I have a genetic disorder where I can't take zinc. They cancelled my autoship but would not deal with the return or explain the formula change. I have emailed them twice since, and they respond back with nonsense like "Thank you for interest in our products" followed by a blurb about what the product does. I feel like this is EXTREMELY deceptive. There was NO notice to existing customers about the new formula, nor was it listed on their website. They continue to show customer reviews on their website but those were obviously based on the old formula.

This company sells a supplement to help with reflux. Regardless of whether this supplement works, BEWARE of their subscription trap. There is no way to cancel the subscription on your account. You have to EMAIL them. They then make you email back why you want to cancel. Then they email back different suggestions on keeping your subscription. Never once agreeing to cancel. They keep your subscription active and your financial account hostage. You can only change your payment account info, not remove it! After about 10 days of back and forth and me being insistent on cancelling, they email they had cancelled it. THEY HAD NOT! It is still active. I changed my payment to a credit card I can block but I shouldn't had to do that! I searched for this company on Trustpilot before ordering and only found an unrelated UK one with a similar name. Now, I see other similar reviews are popping up. I am not sure what to do now.

It is impossible to cancel a subscription. I have tried for two months and they still keep shipping me orders.

Not gonna lie, I bought this on a whim that something might help. I have been dealing with mucus/relflux due to multiple larger gastrointestinal problems. Nothing ever really helped. This stuff hasn't cured me yet, but my esophagus has not been on fire constantly for the past month. The only thing that changed was adding GR-9 to my routine.

The same complaints as everyone. I never saw a fine, blind print that one bottle automatically turns into a subscription. I still can’t find it. They don’t answer your questions in the email and email is the only way to contact them. Rare that they do even respond. Phone number is just a voicemail with no mailbox set up to leave messages. Cancel subscription tab doesn’t work on any device.

Bought a bottle and illegally put me in a membership unbeknownst to me and unable to cancel. They say email to cancel but they don't respond. Virtual phone number. Product doesn't work. Scammed. What a shady company to take advantage of innocent people.

Root source is a con company. I have tried to cancel my subscription numerous times online and even by phoning. Nobody has returned my emails or my phone calls. This company is poorly run and apparently only wants to get you locked into a subscription payment plan. Beside this management issue, the product did not work for me.

Business practices are terrible. First you are not aware that you are signing up for a subscription. Cancelling the subscription is almost impossible. The phone number always answers that no one is available so send an email. No one answers the email. The cancel link on the website tells you to send an email which does not get answered. On top of all of that, the product did not work. The email system is operated by a subscription churning service. The New Jersey business location is a “virtual office”. The product is shipped from a different location in Ohio. Their incoming email seems to be scanned by AI for key words. If you manage to include a key word you might get lucky and get an answer. Otherwise you will be passed over and ignored. (Try putting My doctor said I must stop taking somewhere in the email)

Apparently when I purchased unbeknownst to me it is a subscription
When I tried to cancel on the website the cancel subscription doesn’t work. When I emailed they responded they could review, delay or pause my subscription. I wrote back and demanded a canecellation and am waiting to hear back
I’ve cancelled the payment source as the only way to stop unwanted product that is doing nothing that they claimed

Well, so far, I haven’t noticed any difference. It’s been over a week. They claim within 48 hours you’ll notice something. Nothing. Does nothing ever work like they say it’s gonna work?

I bought it because the reviews were good. But it’s not working for me.

I gave it a little longer and it seems to be doing a little bit of something.
