Quando si gioca con un bonus, i nostri Termini e Condizioni relativi ai bonus stabiliscono che la puntata massima consentita è di €5 (o l'equivalente in altre valute). Purtroppo, poiché le tue puntate hanno superato questo limite, le tue vincite sono state annullate in conformità con questa regola. In particolare, nei nostri Termini si legge: "2.2. Limitazione della puntata massima durante il wagering: €5 o equivalenti in valuta. Il limite massimo include raddoppi di puntata dopo che un round di gioco è stato completato e giri bonus (acquistati all'interno del gioco)."

I cashed out 500$ canadian dollars on Friday August 16. After two days I began to contact thier live chat customer support. I was assured I would receive my funds but it could take up to 72 hours. After the 72 hours without my withdrawal I tried to sign in to my rooster bet account to check the transaction process only to find out that these theifs CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.
Without warning and without my permission or request.
5 days later I am still waiting for my money. At this point I don't believe these theifs will ever return it and I will warn others about this horrible experience. I have spent thousands of my dollars on this website, and have successfully verified my account and took my winnings in the past but now out of no where they refuse to pay me. This is a scam, and highly illegal. Be warned!!
