deposited around 3 k. First they took me for a runaround with verification as soon as my funds ran out I got verified. They didn’t add any bonuses from my deposits or did I gain any pts. I had a few withdrawals but as they stated they had technical difficulties I reversed those and that’s that. After all that I did try to get answers why none of the bonuses work for me and the live chat said that they will escalate the issue to some department. ( never got any response from them) Meanwhile I tried to close my account and that was impossible as well . The account is still open and I still have 0 responses in 3 weeks. I strongly advise people to stay away from the. I will lodge a complaint to the licence holder. I’m sure all the good reviews are done by bots.

Hallo leider ich spiele in diese Casino seit 1 Jahren und paar Monate und ich möchte euch Bescheid sagen das ist ein großer Betrugs Casino.schade weil kann ich leider nicht par Video laden hier mit freispiele bei 4€ Einsatz mit gewinnen von 40€ das ist nicht normal in ein echte Casino. Ich bin sehr verständlich das ist ein Casino manchmal gewinnen manchmal verloren aber in diese Casino kriege du kein schonst für ein Gewinn. Spiel Automaten ist komplett manipuliert. In ein Jahr ich habe nicht einmal ein Bild gesehen mit eine schöne Gewinn mit so was kannst du nicht treffen in diese Casino . Ich habe freispiele bei 8€ Einsatz par mal Unterlandes aber die maximale Gewinn war von 400€ danach 925€ weiter gespielt und ich habe keine einzige Freispiel mehr bekommen oder ein Rae mit egal 20€ oder so was ist komplett 900€ auf 0€ gedreht. Und noch was Jackpot spiele ist das gleiche ich habe noch nicht ein schonst fur ein Jackpot gehabt in ein Jahr dann muss euch Überlingen wenn weiter in diese Casino spielen möchte.

I am from Canada. I won over $4,000.00 and went to withdraw it. I was i informed I can only withdraw $3 000.00 a day. I sent them a copy of my drivers license, my telephone bill, a copy of my bank statement just the part at the topwith all my typed info. I am told they need my debit card number on my bank statement ir i can’t withdraw my money. It has been days now and still they will not give me my money! My bank does not put my name on my debit card, or my debit card number on my bank statement.I have won money online before and had it sent to my bank account with the same information that i gave Rooster Bet! They took my money but thet won’t give me my winnings.I just do ‘t understand. I see a lot of negative reviews here, but they must be idiots who violate terms and conditions or lose their money and then complain.
