The sales assistant was friendly and provided the information I required. There was just a bit of a delay once I selected the part I needed, to receive the price and to place the order, otherwise no issues.

Good quality product and support
We bought two roller shutter electric blinds for existing Fakro roof windows. Very pleased with the smooth operation whether the window is open or closed. Also very helpful telephone support to resolve questions from the fitters.

Extremely Satisfied Customer
Great service, easy to use website and kept informed on the progress of my order. The Fakro solar powered roller shutters I ordered are good quality and were very easy to fit, even for a relative DIY novice such as myself, using the simple to understand pictorial installation instructions. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Sub standard and very expensive.
The product came with visible damage, it did not fit my window either and it was very expensive.

Hi Daniel, thank you for you feedback. We have looked into your comment and can see that you have no contacted our customer service team in regards to your damaged items.
Our items do pass through a busy parcel network, and very occasionally damages do occur.
That's why we have a policy in place where all damages are to be reported within 48 hours, and a replacement can be sent out.
Please can you forward images of the way the item arrived to you so we can look into this for you and arrange a replacement. Please send these to sales@fakrogb.com.
Excellent service and great product
Used the company twice now and both times great! Product very good and was kept in touch re progress. Arrived on time and in good condition. I've been very impressed and would highly recommend them and will be using them again if required.

The technical support was awesome
My controller for my skylight window had been ruined by corroded batteries. I telephoned the company and ordered a new controller which arrived sooner than expected. For the life of me I was unable to set up the new controller. In desperation I phoned the company again and the Tech guy was brilliant. Courteous, patient and couldn’t be more helpful. Controller working beautifully and so needed during the heatwave.
