Active Ventilation Products Anmeldelser

We had a time sensitive project and needed a product quickly. They did a great job of working with us and making sure the product arrived on time.

Good communication regarding order status.
Products arrived promptly. Great service.

Great to find a source of quality roofing products. Everything fit and works great.

Service was excellent and vents came in as promised. They are exactly what was needed. Haven't connected vents to them so I'll see what the sheet metal contractor says. The powdercoat has a high sheen which makes the vents reflect sunlight at certain angles. It would be better if a flat or satin finish were offered.

The vents are just what I needed. A kind man helped me figure out what to buy and offered instruction on how to install. They are up, look good and are not leaking. Hurrah!

Very helpful and got my product to me quicker than originally thought!

Great product. Exceptional quality. Took some time to receive but it didn't hold the project up.

Wanted more for shipping than the vent cost. $350 shipping?

Great Quality product. I love that it is built in the USA.

Fast service, excellent product. I've used them before, and I'll use them again.

Good product

Exactly as described. Communicated several times as to status. Product is well made and looks good.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time. Product is everything presented on the website.

I ordered them. They were made. They came on time. I put them up. They look and work great.

Quick service, even when they forgot to ship part of the order originally. They promptly made if right. Highly recommend them for ventilation products. High quality materials used.

The product is good quality and I could use more, but, with the shipping charges this company charges I doubt I will order again. I paid $40. for 2 aluminum vents and they charged another $40. for shipping 2 items that weigh a total of 4 pounds. Just 2 lightweight aluminum vents wrapped in some bubble wrap in a box. Talk about doubling your money on the sale! I would have given them a 1 rating except that the vents are pretty good quality, but the shipping is a ripoff, sorry to say!

The only thing I would change is the quote process, it took longer then I would have liked.

First of all, Active Ventilation was the only company I could find that offered a solar powered (PVC) roof vent fan / accelerator. The web site was easy to navigate, product specifications easy to understand, and the ordering / fulfillment process was quick and easy. The item arrived within days, neatly and safely packed. If I have any reservations, it's that the fan doesn't seem to pull much. But I'm going to trust that the CFM rating they "advertised" is accurate since everything else about them is buttoned-down.

I did not enjoy working with this vendor. In phone conversation, I had a hard time getting the information I needed. I had to submit my order and wait for a quote to find out pricing and availability. That took longer than I was told. My order took longer to ship than I was told and then longer to arrive (which I understand is not really in the vendor's control). The packaging was inadequate and all four of the large vents I ordered were bent and dented, but by that time, I was so ready to be done with it, I just used a couple of vice grips and bent them back into shape and used them. I think the vents were grossly overpriced, but I couldn't really find other vents of a similar size and these meet the specifications and don't leak, so I am grateful for the product.
