I ordered a Mountfield petrol hedge trimmer from Ron Smith and Co. It came within 3 days - faster than promised. Arrived in perfect order, and came with two stroke oil and a bottle for producing the right mix, not mentionedin the advert. Thanks!

I would rate my buying experience as brilliant. As most folks would do - I shopped around a little to find what I wanted. Ron Smith had the best deal on my chosen product - they have included oil AND free shipping on an already decent price. They kept me informed straight away and got brilliant updates throughout the delivery period. I cannot fault them in any way so far. The delivery was very quick - even quicker than originally stated.

Excellent service
I've spoken to staff at both Worcester and Hereford sites re an out of stock item. Both were friendly, helpful and professional. Enquiries were made for me regarding back order delivery times, he rang me back as promised and advised me on ordering.
I've just received my new machine. Everything has been assembled, checked and ready to go.
I'm very impressed.

We can only apologise for the delay. The product was listed as out of stock on our website, and we did let you know some days after ordering an expected dispatch date. Unfortunately the item was delayed a further week with STIHL.

This Company accepted my order on the…
This Company accepted my order on the 9th June 2024 and charged me £7.99 for a 5-7 day delivery, I finally received my order today the 21st August 2024! It would have been good manners to keep me informed as to what was happening with my order. Also I would have expected a refund of the delivery charge as a small gesture, but no nothing, well never mind this is a company I can honestly say I cannot recommend to friends or family.

Supply and install a Robot lawn mower.
I made the original enquiry by phone and was given an estimate for supplying and installing a robotic lawn mower. I was given a date for the installer to measure up my lawn and give me a firm quotation, i accepted the quote and the mower was installed immediately. Anthony the engineer fitted, explained everything to me and installed the app on my phone. He was very helpful and polite. Would recommend.

First Class service
I bought a part from Ron Smith and due to me wrongly specifying my exact requirement I ended up with an
incorrect adaptor. I left a brief message on the answerphone and within 15 mins I was contacted, the Gentleman identified the correct part and posted it out free of charge. I received the part within 2 days fitted it and now my strimmer is back in operation. First class service and thanks to Mark Smith
