Our driver arrived at agreed time, cutting through a tidal wave of impatient passengers, disgorged from our huge cruise ship, bringing instant relief re. our need to arrive at the airport in good time to board our flight to Edinburgh. He was smart and courteous as he made excellent progress to wards the airport allowing us to enjoy limousine comfort en route. Delighted with the service!

Very good experience overall, but in Civitavecchia the machine to pay of the driver did not work and it was a hassle. He had to take me out of the port to try to have it work.

Both Drivers who picked us up from FCO and also going to Civitavecchia are both great and on time!

We had used Rome transfer services for several private transfers on our trip (airport to Rome, Rome to cruise port, cruise port to hotel near airport) and everything went smoothly. The drivers were very helpful and friendly and the prices were reasonable and very competitive. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and we had to adjust the pickup times a few times without any issue. Booking was a breeze and they were so responsive. Would highly recommend!

Our driver was very friendly and we enjoyed our drive from the cruise port of Civitavecchia to FCO. Due to heavy port traffic that morning, our driver was delayed getting to the cruise ship. In order to get to the airport in a timely manner, we decided to walk out the road to meet him in the line of traffic. It all worked out well in the end, but we were anxious until we finally found our driver.

Einfach alles perfekt. Toller Service mit Abholung direkt am Kreuzfahrtschiff und Transfer nach Rom und Abholung wieder am Wunschort. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal.

Our friendly driver, Sebastian, got us from the seaport to our guest house in downtown Rome exactly as we requested and expected! He picked us up at the gangway of our ship at the exact requested time, performed magic getting 8 people’s luggage to perfectly fit in the clean car. He avoided traffic jams to expedite our transfer and found our well hidden guest house without issue! We could not have asked for a better transfer experience!!! Graczi mille!!!
