I had a huge issue with sewerage…
I had a huge issue with sewerage backing up from the mainline and didn't know, at the time, what the issue was. Never having this issue before I had no idea it could be a network issue so I phoned Sam (who we use at work) and instead of taking the job on for the pay he directed me to Wessex Water, who's issue it was, so I didn't need to pay a thing. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity and would 100% recommend (also, he's always there for us at work whenever we've had an issue!)

Fantastic experience

He kept me updated on his ETA, turned up when he said he would and most importantly fixed our drain blockage!! It's such a relief to have it sorted, I wish I'd contacted Roman Rod sooner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
