Good quality granola
I ordered the coconut and cashew one and was sent ginger and raisin!
They told me to keep it and sent out the one ordered. They are very crunchy, good quality granola.
I love the coconut and cashew, but the other one says ginger, but I cant taste any ginger in at all. If I'd have paid for it, I would have asked for a refund as if it states a flavour on the box Id expect to be able to taste it.,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are so glad that our team could quickly sort out the mix-up and that your correct order arrived safely. It is wonderful to hear you are loving the crunch, quality, and flavour of the Coconut and Cashew blend! 🥣🥥
We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the Ginger and Raisin granola. The ginger profile is designed to be a subtle, warming hint rather than overpowering, but you should absolutely be able to taste it! We will be sure to pass this note along to our bakery team to review the flavour balance for future batches.
Thank you again for your support and for helping us improve. Happy crunching! ✨

We are absolutely thrilled to hear you are loving the chocolate granola! That subtle hint of ginger really does make it something special. 🍫✨
Your breakfast combination sounds like absolute perfection. There is nothing better than fresh fruit, creamy Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey to start the day right.
We can't wait for you to dive into the other flavours. Enjoy the taste testing, and happy crunching! 🥣🍯

Great tasting natural granola
I bought two small boxes to try and I have had the pecan maple twist so far. It is delicious and full of nuts and flavour with a wee sweet taste. Delicious.

The product is absolutely brilliant and would be 4 star but delivery is an absolute disaster , a totally bloody mess I got fed up waiting for mine and when I asked they sent it somewhere else . If I seen the product in a shop I would buy it . But I would definitely not order it online again that’s for sure .

We are thrilled you love the granola, but we are incredibly sorry for the delivery headache. It is completely unacceptable that your order was delayed and misdirected.
We will investigate this with our courier to make sure it does not happen. Since you mentioned you prefer buying in-store, you can find your nearest local stockist using our store locator here: https://rollagranola.com/apps/store-locator/
We really hope to see you there!
Cost per portion is very high
I weighed out the recommended portion of 40g and it just about covered the bottom of my bowl so I upped it to 50g but it did not feel like a reasonable sized breakfast. Whilst I am sure the ingredients are top notch I think this is a very costly product given how small the portions are. Tasty enough but not sure I would run to this price point again. I think the company would prefer you to think of the granola is a topping for your breakfast rather than it being a breakfast in its own right.

We completely understand why it looks a bit lost in the bowl. Standard cereals are puffed up with air and light grains, which fills the space but often leaves you hunting for a snack by mid-morning.
Because we use pure, heavy nuts and seeds, our granola weighs much more for its size. That 40-50g portion is a serious powerhouse that keeps you genuinely full until lunch, meaning the bag lasts much longer than expected. It is all about concentrated quality over empty volume.
We are so glad you loved the taste, and we hope the sustained energy shows it is worth every penny!

I love this granola. I never thought I’d be the type of person to have a favourite granola, let alone get it delivered to my home, but this is where I find myself!
I’m gluten free 20 years and now avoiding all sorts of things since working out I’m perimeno and this helps me with that, but is also actually tasty!

Started well. Order despatched quickly after confirmation.
However Royal Mail tracking did not recognise receipt of the package and despite several messages/emails I received no update from Rollagranola!!
Although slow in responding I have now had a positive outcome with the company dispatching a replacement order.

Better than Expected
Like many other comments I’ve tried numerous other Granolas.
I purchased 2 boxes as a first order as I’m quite sceptical about reviews and their reliability.
1 week later I’m starting my second box and looking at what flavour to order next.
The box contained lots of quality nuts n seeds plus dried fruit, as I got near the bottom of the pack it wasn’t full of tiny bits and dust like many others.
I will definitely be ordering more as it tastes good as well.
Thanks Guys - Great Product 👍

It is completely fair to be skeptical of online reviews, so winning you over like this is the ultimate compliment!
We are especially thrilled you noticed the lack of dust at the bottom of the box. Because we only use whole premium nuts, seeds, and fruits instead of cheap fillers, you get a proper, satisfying crunch all the way to the very last bowl.
Thank you so much for the incredible support and welcome to the community. Happy flavour hunting for your next order! 🥣✨

Only thing is I feel the granola in the 1kg bags don’t taste as fresh as those in the boxes

Thank you so much for the love on our service, and for sharing this honest feedback with us.
It is the exact same premium recipe and small-batch baking process for both our boxes and our 1kg bags, so they should always taste equally fresh. However, because the 1kg bags hold a much larger volume and stay open over a longer period of time, the granola can sometimes lose its crispness faster if any air creeps in. We always recommend storing it in an airtight container or jar once opened to keep that day-one freshness locked right in.
That said, we want every single bowl to be absolutely perfect for you. Please drop us a DM with your batch details so we can look into this and make sure you are properly looked after!

I have been buying Rollagranola for a while now and love the variety although I try to stick with the ones with less sugar content. Having said that the 'new' pouches "Calm" and "Body and Soul" are delicious!
Ordering and delivery is quick and easy. In my case, any problems, have been answered quickly and have been helpful.
As I am the only person in the household that eats Rollagranola, my orders are infrequent. Only negative, I do think it's a little bit cheeky that we have to buy at least five boxes to get it JUST over the £5 limit to avoid postage costs!

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! We are thrilled that you are loving the new 'Calm' and 'Body & Soul' pouches, and it is great to hear our customer service team has taken good care of you.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the free delivery threshold, especially when you are the only granola eater in the house! Courier costs are tough for us to absorb, which is why the minimum is set where it is, but we truly appreciate your honest feedback.
If you ever want to grab just a box or two without paying for postage, you can always check to see if you have a local independent stockist nearby:

Granola is lovely, ordering sucks!
The actual Granola is lovely, but nothing sucks more then you making a decision to buy, let’s say 3, only to be told, once your order is complete, that you can have another at a discount.

We completely understand why that post-checkout offer feels frustrating. It is set up as an automated surprise bonus for our customers, but we never want it to feel like a trick or a punishment for the size of your original order.
We hear you loud and clear on how it comes across, and we truly appreciate you letting us know. I will pass your thoughts straight on to our e-commerce team so we can review how we run those offers!
